@@jasmineranae1132 I really seemed crazy doing it at first but I started talking to myself and having genuine self conversations. It allowed me to reflect on my inner self and take note when I sense myself getting overwhelmed again so I can prevent it from happening. :))
@@jasmineranae1132 try meditating first thing in the morning. It helps you stay grounded and peaceful throughout the day. It also helps you think before responding. And helps you harness your personal power to not be receptive to irritability.
