    Will pickup The Door today!
Even senior citizens have rich lives, extremely happy lives. Sagging skin and wrinkles don't tell the whole story.

Just finished Abigail and it brought me to this video. It was such a ride of a book for me, and it being my first Szabo indeed set the bar high. I'm looking forward to read more from Szabo, i have all of her NYRBs haha

The introduction welcomes you to her channel, now, about this book Fawn. I almost can guess this lady's personality, not of European culture but a hidden agenda American. Needless to say, Americans still have strive and American pride-Madga may have pretended to be American, when in fact, Hispanic. She was born into an old Protestant family in Debrecen Hungary is what the book describes-on the eastern side of the Hungarian plain. Here, is where your imagination runs wild, do you suppose you can guess how she climbed the corporate ladder? The men in those days possibly lead this person up to the tip of the ice berg, till the tables turned & she lost everything. Back in those days, the precedence took overall a critique of chivalry on the part of evil. As far as everyone was concerned, she did not make it on her wits but other means, which finally it was looked down on....

@@LiterarilySmitten riiiiggghhhttt!!! What a tear jerker. I love animals and her relationship with her pets was so beautiful.
I was so disappointed magda didn’t know / understand emerence enough to know that it would be preferable for her to die than her rules broken about her home.
      Sighs
