Even if next month is the 20th anniversary of this film's predecessor (and the sapphire (45) anniversary of the entire franchise), this film was released in a year with the same outline as this year (as well as 1977 and 1983). Today, this film is sometimes debated as being the most cohesive of the Prequel Trilogy, but that remains open to interpretation. Out of the 15 sets that were released coinciding with the film that year, I only ever had two of them-which were the AT-RT (7250) and the stand-alone version of Anakin's Jedi Interceptor and Vulture Droid (7256), although that one I didn't obtain until sometime in 2006. I do however remember the son of one of my mom's friends-who was six years older than me at the time having at least the "Wookie Attack" (7258) and the original version of the Clone Turbo Tank (7261). Part of the irony though, is that I didn't actually see the film itself in its entirety until April 11 of 2009, though I do remember seeing the opening of it on "Spike" (Now known as Paramount Network) a year (and five days) earlier. In terms of this set though, I detailed the majority of rare, retired and exclusive elements (Including the "Voodoo Arms" from Bionicle in medium stone comprising the bike's legs) in a comment on your original review of this. But to clarify what I said before about Grievous' cape, it debuted in reddish brown in the "Citadel of Orlan" (8780) from Knights' Kingdom II in July 2004, but it didn't have the print on it. Nor did it have a print on it in any set it appeared in after this until its discontinuation five years ago. An update from that original comment is the that the 2x3 45-degree roof tile which debuted in the 2004 version of the Millennium Falcon (4504), was retired last year after appearing in a Batman set (76180).

Fun set. I got the Boga in a haul a few months ago and he's been on my desk ever since. I've thought about getting the rest of the set to go with him, but not sure if I will (at least intentionally haha). Maybe I'll get the Obi-Wan figure...or maybe I'll just keep him here on my desk as is.
