Thank you for sharing this! I wouldn't take a million dollars for my Ninja blender, those are awesome. The powdered sugar? If you look at the ingredients on the bags from the store, you're mostly paying for tapioca starch. You get what you pay for ❤
This looks great! Thanks so much for sharing. I'm working on making everything from scratch because I simply don't like all of the horrible ingredients in the ready made foods.
1 cup sugar blend to make it powdered sugar add 1 cup powdered milk blend Pinch of salt blend add 1 Tlbs coconut oil melted in microwave blend Scrape sides to make sure all gets blended, blend again To make flavored add 1 tsp of flavor you like
I'm a diabetic, so I may would use swirve and it's already powdered? I saw your GA bulldawg coffee cup and i had to watch. I'm in Athens so :) I've been looking around for regular creamer recipe thank you for sharing.
Yrs, you can leave it out. I don't use coconut oil as the expense of it plus if anyone else uses it and has allergies to it. I honestly can't tell the difference with or without it. I do everything else she does, as the whole milk powder has fat in it already anyway. Only I'll add cocoa, pumpkin spice, grated chocolate chips (especially for the iced chocolate chip coffee) etc for a different taste.
She used Nido whole milk. Don't use Nido if you don't want gmo or soy milk product in your creamer. You can get whole milk powder from Amazon, or even your local grocery store home brand, just make sure someone reads the ingredients to you that it's actually whole milk powder only, no other ingredients.
Yes. I don't use Nido for that reason. I get mine off amazon and it's just pure dehydrated whole milk powder. It's actually alot richer tasting as well. Stay away from that gmo and soy stuff. If more people did that, Nido may revert back to whole powder milk like they used to. But as long as people buy gmo stuff, they'll keep selling it.
I came to learn how to make creamer, I stayed for the southern accent! 😊
I don't care for sweet coffee I like mine with just cream. Don't need sugar. I'm sweet enough 😂😂
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup powered milk
Pinch of salt
1T coconut oil melted
Flavors of your choice (1 tsp)

Can you tell me what model your Ninja is? I really would like to get that one. Thank you.

Thank You for the recipe looks great
Thank you, made some, yummy, yum, yum. Thanks again.
Can you use powdered cream instead of powdered milk? Powdered milk has more carbs than powdered cream. Thanks, can’t wait to make this.

Going to make this this week. thanks for sharing.
Go Dawgs!!!❤❤❤😊
How long is this shelf stable?
How do you store this powder? Does it need to be refrigerated because of the oil?
Coconut is shelf stable.
Could you ad Vanilla Extract to this?
Than you so much!!!
I also use Nido! I don't think I would like as much sugar. I don't understand the need for coconut oil, if the milk already has fat it it.
Store bought has the oil as the second ingredient. Who knew so much?
The Nido is bioengineered -gmo
@@donnaallison7462I For real?
Does it make your coffee sweet with that sugar in it?
I'm allergic to coconut what other oils can you use or can you just leave it out?
My question, too.
Use any other oil. This is to make it richer, I believe
@@signcommanders I don't know that other oils would give a richness unless it's butter like butter coffee

Lard.
The Nido is bioengineered now! I didn't know it until I looked.
You are correct
Why do they have to ruin everything!
I am totally blind, so I cannot see the picture of the milk. What brand of canned milk did you use? Where do you buy it?

Has anyone ever added a collegen powder to this?
Good idea. I add it to mine every day.
I do not use Suger in my coffé. Is there any other reason for using sugar or can it be a liminated3
I don't put it in mine. It still works great.
I like it fat free so without the sugar just the oil powder and salt mix?
@michellpapayani4643 The coconut oil still smooths well and adds a nice flavor.
Nido is full of soy and chemicals. Can you use powdered milk?

I don't sweeten my coffee.
Repeat yourself less.
