Hey, thanks for the vid, are you having problems with rattling/pipe contact with the heat shield on the passenger side?
I recently have been hearing some rattling. I have not had a chance to really look under my car though, since my jack doesn't work anymore. Seems you found an issue with he passenger heat shield?
Yes I do. It's so annoying.
@@yankees123fg I had checked mine and I had no rattle or contact with the heat shield. Found out it was my exhaust tip lol

A lot of drone inside? Would love a sound like this but 11 years of my loud Mustang left me with PTSD.
With this set up yes lol. I added ultra vibrant resonators and it solved the drone issue. Still sounds aggressive.

@@jonglee6787 A bit further down from the OEM Resonator location. (Going towards mufflers).
These were just midpipes right? You still have the factory cats off of the turbo correct?
Yes, this setup was with only the factory primary cats on everything this else was removed.

So I have the OBX downpipe just delivered and I'm not seeing any exhaust gaskets yours come with exhaust gaskets? And wondering where to get correct fitting gaskets?
Yes, mine came with 2 exhaust gaskets. Which i placed in the rear.
Different company also never heard of OBX.
Install them and check to see if you receive an exhaust leak.
Maybe you can purchase one at a local muffle shop?

So there is not any soldering or something like that. It’s just bolts on right?
Correct just bolt ons. Remember to use ark gaskets on the rear and your oem exhaust gasket up top in their original spot.
how did you get the stock downpipes out so easily? Mine seem to be attached with a threaded/tac welded bolt that didn't wanna budge when I tried to install mine.
You can push the OEM exhaust back and it'll give you some room to push the stock cat forward and come off the threaded bolt . They come off pretty easily.

Did you add the down pipe and just do a muffler and resonator delete?
Here I added Mid pipes. (Secondary cat deletes). I already had my mufflers and resonators deleted.
Will these cause any CELs? Also, still can pass emissions, or no?
No cels with these Installed. Won't pass the visual inspection. You can just re install the OEM ones when you need to smog.
did you have any other mods? im thinking about getting the midpipes soon, how did you get it to crackle like that?
Running jb4 piggy back. Also, didn't have Resonators or mufflers. Just the primary catalytic converters.

@@jonglee6787 I got two of them. I would only just get 1. Sounds good with 2, but I wanted it a bit louder. Depends on your preference. Get 2 "y pipes" from Amazon so you can just 1 run .

Dude not using a jack stand is risky.... if that hydraulic seal in the jack fails it you’d be fucked up. Never ever ever get underneath a vehicle using hydraulics only.... if you have to then take a wheel off and lay it down underneath the car as a safety net. I’m no safety nut (just did 178mph in my Lap3 Pro Tuned Stinger ). Really people don’t follow this example.
Very true my friend. My best friend lost his life that way. Marine vet out in civilian life as a sheriff working on his car that he loved so much. One day after installing full JDM engine and tranny on his SI it wouldn’t start. Lifted it on hydraulic jack and it slipped and failed on him. Also a sheriff , his Wife went to work and was called by his brother what he found. 🙏🏽🥺😩RIP H.R
Always use a safety net, jack, jack stands. Another jack and a tire underneath.

No tune needed for these downpipes.

No check engine light with installing these. If so you probably just have an exhaust leak.

I've been fully catless.
Right now OEM Primaries, Gutted Secondaries, ultra vibrant bullet resonators, and mufflers. Louder than stock with a deep tone.

This is Secondary cat removal (ark mid pipes), with resonator and muffler deletes.

@@radiffff downpipes add 30whp without a tune. Not sure about the ark catback, but I have heard really good things about it.
@@lifeofjay3572 I see the secondary cats are removed. Are there any O2 sensors being removed ? Can it cause the car to throw any codes ?
@@billgonzalez7120 No sensors on the Secondary cats. Only the primaries have 02 sensors. You'll be fine removing the secondary cats.
