They were saluting the cameraman, and the guy with glasses looks like the "director" for this photo shoot, this was them pretending to salute the camera. Their executives were not at the lead, but the cameraman, the lady kneeling, and the guy with glasses who orders them to then go into the parking lot, my guess they shrunk away into their parking lot to see if they could do the "salute" photo shoot there.
