Good lord, people need to mind their own business. I have been on channels that ask all the time and you aren't one of those channels. Everyone should be compensated for their work. This is work! I am retiring in Thailand when I am 65 so l am trading time for money
My wife and I will be financially secure retiring at 65 but will my health hold up or will l check out early
I want to make sure my Thai wife is looked after she is 9 years younger than me
It's a real challenge to work out the balance between working building wealth and retirement in Thailand

Also when big things are happening, you don’t need the world to know. Keep it to yourself. I am slowly learning that there is a small amount of people that really do care about what’s going on in my life. Keep your head up! Everything will work out like it should.

Nice to see your twins happy :) Byt you dont have to make shakes with extra protein or so, normal food is good enough for a man going to the gym a few times. A friend of mine had to much creatine so the doctors warned him. When I was 22 years old I had two friends competing in heavy weight lifthing, or what you call it. They ate a lot of food, but not only protein.You need carbs to be able to work hard!
Probably do need a shake or two a day to hit 180g of protein a day
Yeah just loading on the creatine and then it'll be 5g a day

G'day Ricky, we need to consume at least 2 grams of protein per kilo of body weight, but our bodies only processes 1 third of the protein that we digest.
Also oats and soy isolate are really bad for you. Im not a doctor or dietitian but l follow Doctor Anthony Chaffee and Doctor Ken Berry who are carnivore docs
Yeah 1.5 to 2g per kg is the aim. Don't think oats are that bad, good carbs and Fibre. Oats seems to be getting a bad wrap lately

Yes but Kelloggs is highly processed cereals. Rolled oats is just that oats through a mill. Not the cheapest way to buy oats though. In Aus I buy the cheapest per kg in a plastic bag. Thailand I know more expensive, I would search Lazada.

I should have said a high carb diet isn't good because our liver turns carbs into glucose, which isn't a big problem if you're young and fit like Ricky, but as we get older our bodies don't process the overload and it does become a problem, as in diabetes, dementia etc

Yes simple phrases like กินข้าวหรือยัง and จะไปไหน to get you going. Kids are great to learn Thai from. And if you don't know what the word is นี่เรียกว่าอะไร works well.
