Adam is one of those celebs that I always wish I could get over for a BBQ and a few beers. He seems like one of the most genuine and nice guys that has a TON of awesome stories to talk about.
adam is always energetic and passionate while he talks. he is very good at explaining himself and i could never get bored from listening to him. very often i find myself irritated by the hosts cutting him off by asking meaningless question... not this interview though. he should start his own youtube channel without any other hosts. it will be a real hit even if all he does is talk.
I wonder if Adam's made a scaled down replica of a CGI thing that was barely visible in the actual movie. Like the train from Snowpiercer? I take it the exterior would've all been CGI. And though highly fantasy, there was thought put into how that train would sustain itself from front to rear. It's so shrouded in the movie, but I'd love to see a full replica from all angles.
I gotta agree with Adam on the 'making something yourself is just nicer' thing, since I learnt to build a computer, I'll never buy one ever again, I love building 'em, even if I had mad money to buy the best alienware or something, I'd still build one =) Cool guy, I love Mythbusters to death, as long as it's got the british Robin Banks narrating =P
Saying Adam Savage's "homemade props" is like saying DaVinci's scribbles or Morgan Freeman's bedtime story narration. He's on a skill level that even he's half assed attempts exceed most earnest efforts
When people say that they didn't realize how heavy the Falcon would be do you say "You... You IDIOT!"? Only recently realized how much Maltese. Falcon was in Star Wars.
*Ladies and gentlemen!*, welcome back to our ongoing presentation of this year's *Online Academy Awards*® ceremony. Our next Oscar® goes to the _best actor in a supporting troll_. The nominees this year are... Three various bored morons picked at random from UA-cam's idiocy bank. Also, HappyUnicornFunTime for that cretinous 'snob' comment he wrote on the CineFix interview of Adam Savage. Aaaaaand regardless of the outcome, the winner is... *still a dipshit!*. Well, thanks for watching folks and be sure to tune in next year when hopefully more of the internet will have figured out how jokes work and as a result, will quit posting trolly drek. Goodnight folks! @donttrythis
Once you skipped the first 15min showing the sunrise, it's kinda OK. ^^ Kubrik liked it slooooow, even for a hardcore fan like me it can be a little annoying sometimes. Like that sunrise, it's ridiculous how that goes on and on and on...
The truth about 2001 is that he wanted to show off the new technology he was using and was unsure how audiences would react to it. So he eased us in maybe a bit too slow.
*Adam's* so passionate about what he does , thinks and what he knows..
Such a cool guy , gotta love him
He would give the coolest gifts if he's your friend
Adam is one of those celebs that I always wish I could get over for a BBQ and a few beers. He seems like one of the most genuine and nice guys that has a TON of awesome stories to talk about.
Remy Pohl i know right? Such a smart guy who seems so down to earth. Would love to have a beer with him
Adam has this pride conveyed in every sentence. It's magical to listen to.
CineFix you guys had some GREAT questions for Adam! Awesome interview.
Adam and his endless enthusiasm and their absolutely great questions made this a must watch. Thanks to all involved.
I didn't even know about his skill in this sort of thing! Why is Adam Savage so cool?
bananasinfrench You should check out the channel Tested, they often show how he makes the props and he is a member of one of their podcast.
bananasinfrench Yeah same here, i only know Adam from Mythbusters. :D
bananasinfrench Um, I recall them saying in the openning credits of Mythbusters that he's a SFX artist
+bananasinfrench Adam was a prop maker for ILM
bananasinfrench have you seen his last name that's why he so cool
More Tested & CineFix fusion, please. Making + Movies + Discussion = "Fuck Yes!" Content.
Saw most of these on tested. Loved adam since the very first Mythbusters episode and he just gets more amazing and creative.
GREAT questions, I didn't want the interview to end, well done!
Adam Savage is a God.
My two favorite YT channels together!! I'd watch Clint and Adam Savage geek out over movies for hours.
didn't know Adam had such good taste in films.
thanks again Cinefix for these awesome videos
Great interview. Really good questions and nicely well thought out answers. Thanks for posting.

Also love Annas smile.
Love listening to Adam.
The interwievers are really good in this video, making good question and not trying to talk over him, the tested guys should learn from these guys

Can only echo what others have said, great questions and interesting answers from Adam.
Love those props! I'd kill for a full-sized Maltese Falcon figurine.

Amazing interview!!!!
That was really good. But when does Adam Savage have any time to sleep?
Valentina Vee probably when some part of his prop is drying

Great interview , really good questions to pick Adams brain.
hes one talented guy.

I made Kirk's chair when I was a teenager.
I need to build me a new one.
So cool!
Ivan Flores Ahhhh! Stop yelling at us Lou!!!
Alan Adrian i like to say that if you're seeing me you're having the worst day of your life
good interview
That's one thing I hated about the Maltese Falcon, its too light. If a bronze one is disconcertingly heavy, what about a GOLD one.
Since when Adam has such big fanbase in the internet?
MaQuGo119 check out Tested
Thanks

Leisure Suit Larry on the right is Hiiiigh.As.Fuck. - Thumps up xD
Super cool dude! Would be a good fella to sit down, enjoy a good steak and smoke a good cigar.

Anna is hotttttttt
That blue dress... Ummmm, yeaaaaahhhh!!!
The woman reminds me of Angela from Silent Hill 2
Robocain was also my answer.
Could you make an homemade trailer of transformers (the orginal 1986 Movie)
When people say that they didn't realize how heavy the Falcon would be do you say "You... You IDIOT!"?
Only recently realized how much Maltese. Falcon was in Star Wars.
No more home mad moves
I miss Mythbusters
You should make Bruce from jaws
Do Homemade avengers vs guardians of the galaxy
Who is that beautiful woman~!?
is it me, or does Adam love himself?
wonder how much he would charge me to make a rep of the star car from The Last Star fighter
Pls do avengers vs guardians of the galaxy please!!!!!
Reboot of battlestar shanked to high heaven .
Adam you sexy beast
Stellar rack!!
I really hope Adam lost his shit when he saw how wrong the Shining maze was.
First Comment
Your the first to say "first comment" but not the first comment.

Adam brags quite a bit
2001 is so damn boring though.

It's cinematic poetry. Shame on you!
