Thanks so much, I had a patient today with this condition and I can’t be more proud of you. Thanks for your time and effort 😘
This is exactly what I am going through now, day 4 after. I am doing some exercises as recommended in several other UA-cam videos about this topic. I am recovering day by day. My wife had the same some 10 years ago. After 3+ days she was ok again. Thanks for the video.

Hi Tom 👋, unfortunately I am not a medical student but when looking through the net that matched my symptoms/condition this explained it perfectly. WELL DONE 👏. Keep producing great content like this!
Thank you for the video. One important point is missing: Daily exercises are important for obtaining full and swift recovery, at least according to Danish health authorities.
Thus is an important point to emphasize, because it is more convenient for the patient to relax and not be physically active in order to avoid dizziness and nausea.
Español,please
What are the exercises that the Danish authorities recommend? Anything different to moving the head left and right and up and down? Thanks.
This is so true! It is easy just to go in a recliner and just evaporate. It is hard to muscle through this condition. Every waking second is an effort.
I thought I had Meneires and it was this and I fully recovered.
That’s great
@@maxiii09 It was about a 4 month ordeal. It was terrible, never experienced anything like it.
What did you do to recover??please tell
@@About_iphone It was just the passage of time.
@@suspicionofdeceitwow really?!? How long did you have it for ???
EXCELLENT, thank you. Such a clear explanation 👍
Glad it was helpful!
thank you for a very clear explanation
Great summary. Thanks.
Thankyou after a cerebral stroke I have this permanently does come in severe waves
Hi Tom 👋
Great topic to talk about !
Thank you!
Thank you!
Good information
Hi may i ask. Is it normal to have vertigo for 5-10 seconds once in every 2 days? I did the vestibular exercises been 2 weeks now. Dizziness reduce, but the vertigo comes back every 2-3 days
Exceptional 🌟
Thanks!
Thank you for the video..My Vestibular issues are do to IIH (Idiopathic Intercranial Hypertension)
excellent
Can you PLEASE do a video on Phaces syndrome
Hello. I have this thing when i look up im dizzy since about 5 years. Im 26.. somethimes this dot in my head is hot af and it comes from my left ear because when i look right im not dizzy. Any toughts? I am so tired of it being dizzy every day since years.
I’m having similar problems since coronavirus, had it twice.
Could be vestibular hypofunction. I had it after covid but now i feel like it’s happening again but not near as bad.
Man, as someone living in the border of Fatty Liver Disease, I honestly thought I was experiencing mild symptoms related to Liver Failure (random bouts of the spins, nausea, poor sleep)
Chewing my food today I heard a weird mushing sound in my right ear. Using a small camera, noticed my inner ear has a gaping HOLE in the membrane 🫤 I feel stupid, but at least now I don’t think I’m dying.
I’ve got severe nausea, but thankfully havnt been throwing up. I do feel aweful, but glad I know what to tell my doctor(s) when I see them in two weeks…
Over 3 years now having vn and it’s doing my head so debilitating and I’m off balance most days plus I get these strange feelings and reactions in my body
Wish this would go away
Same here,very debilitating!
Sounds familiar :( I liken my condition to a snowglobe where the 'flakes' fly around when disturbed and then land on the 'scene' at the bottom of the globe. These 'scene' pieces are like the vestibular nerve sensors (in the utricle, saccule and canals). When I move around, it's like the flakes hit these nerve sensors randomly and I feel dizzy and unbalanced. If I sit, everything settles I I don't feel dizzy. But as soon as I move, everything get's stirred up again.
When i had corona virus 2 years back i suffered vestibular neuronitis in first week 😊
Me too, same after covid
I had this and then it went away but then now after about 4 months its back.. What do I do?
Have a look into bppv
What if you have all these symptoms but DIDN'T have a recent upper respiratory infection?
I was diagnosed with this the day before yesterday, but I haven't had any upper respiratory infection recently, so I quess it's possible
@@MrMome1612 Any headaches, ear pain, etc?
I think I've had this for 2 years, since I was 16 (Now 18)
Not entirely sure how to bring this up to my doctor - they keep giving me vitamins but to no avail
I'm constantly lightheaded and stumble on my words sometimes - starting to drive me a bit mad
See an ear nose throat doctor
My doctor has prescribed antihistamines for me. She didn’t prescribe steroids. If it’s due to inflammation, wouldn’t oral steroids help?
Your MD did the right thing. Steroids are for short-term use only because of side-effects like diabetes.
Gracias veri Goodyear no es pek inglés
Helpful. I am going through this and not fun
How you overcome sir now I am same sir I am going through this is it recovered fully or not
@@sarojkumarpanda120 it took time and some steroids the doctor gave me. I also did some physical therapy that helped. It was really bad for about 3 days then not that bad for about another week. After 2 week I was back to normal
@@jeetuchavanjk5481 can’t remember the name but my primary doctor prescribed it. Good luck
The human body goes through sooooo much smh
Thank you. I have this now and I am on 2nd week. 🥺😭
How is it now?
