Getting All Hunter Medals In Mega Man X Legacy Collection Made Simple!

In this first guide in the Platinum Hunter Series, I'll be helping you get all the achievements/trophies or "Hunter Medals" while keeping things as simple as we can. Individual guides will be available for some achievements that need more explanation are available by the links below!

To get the hadoken you have to also die in that gap like 4-5 times. Then after the capsule will appear.

4 times, make sure to have all sub tanks, health upgrades and special attacks! Most common way is to die in the last jump across the canyon as it respawns you close to the capsule! 👌 Great call out by the way!!

An addendum if I may?
Even if you can set up to land a Hadouken on the final Sigma head spot, it regrettably just _tinks_ off. Which is irksome, to say the least.

just got the platinum yesterday, very easy platinum, i would recommend you try getting this one!

Getting Zero's arm cannon also counts to the First Armor hunter medal and achievement

Thank you for the guide. Unfortunately, the "Pew Pew" trophy is bugged for me, I can't get it no matter how many times I try.
I used all of X's weapon charged shots in at least 3 playthroughs, and the trophy is still not showing up, weird isn't it?

oh yeah you forgot there is an ultimate armor in Megaman x4 but you have to do the cheat so you can get the ultimate armor

I beat MMX4 with rookie hunter mode off after I played the game for a bit on rookie hunter mode for collection purposes only and then saved when I got to the boss rush/final boss
But before I beat the boss rush and sigma, I quit, turned off rookie hunter mode on the game selection menu, reloaded the save (I did this with the Ultimate Armor, already got the true blue trophy) beat sigma but after the credits I didn't get the Tragic Destiny Trophy

Update, I played the game after getting everything in rookie hunter mode first with both x and zero, quit the game when I made it to the space weapon before the sigma boss fight with both x and zero, then I beat the game with both x and zero on normal mode
Are you saying that I have to play with both x and zero from start to finish on normal mode, no switching to rookie hunter mode?

Can you play all 4 games on rookie mode and get the platinum?

No. You have to beat in regular mode.
