Barbara, it is such a pleasure to watch you create. You are not afraid to give something a try. Well, maybe you are afraid, but you grit your teeth and go ahead. With brave wings, she flies! I loved when you said the broken clothes pin was a sign. Great way to look at it. 😻 I have several of the things you used - the corrugated board and distress inks - so I can’t wait to give your project a try! I hope spring is coming to Vienna. It is coming where I live and seeing the colors of spring is nice.

Barbara, I always like when you do this type of video with the Pinterest ideas. This turned out amazing!! It is definitely a beautiful journal cover with lots of textures, and just the right hint of your favorite colors. Oh Wow!! I love the way this turned out. You have such a good eye. After you pointed out that the bottom right needed something else, I agreed with you. Who knew all it needed was a little more grunge. I love the way it turned out. ♥️♥️♥️
I didn't think that a third yellow element was all that necessary, but when you added that watercolour it completely transformed the whole thing and brought it all together, I am amazed at how your mind works
I was so excited when I saw you were going to use the dauber. I always loved when you would do the “splat” and you haven’t done it for quite awhile. The cover is wonderful and definitely you.

I should really go back to look at all the things I've pinned over the years 🙊. That's a pretty post 😍. I obviously don't go on Instagram enough either 🙈. I use wall filler as texture paste 🙊. I think she used broken china because if she made it in 2017, Ranger didn't had speckled egg or salvaged patina yet, but it doesn't really matters, because your colors worked just fine! Beautiful art !
