Be careful lifting your water jug of change. If full it can weigh in excess of 150-200 pounds depending on the amount of silver (nickels, dimes, and quarters) that are involved. They can also hold over $4,000.00 dollars in mixed change. I once had a full Plastic water bottle split on me when only a third full of change. It split on the seam....
Funny you say that because when I slid it out from under the table, to take the picture for this video, it sounded like it's starting to crack. Bummer! It's just a plastic one. I'll probably transfer it to some heavy duty buckets for transfer to Coin Star. Would be great if I have $4k in there! I'd be happy with $1k even.
If this is the unit that showed there had been a fire, it could be that after the fire they simply tossed everything in boxes (not keepsakes as you said) to get it out of the smell, even if from another part of the house. That was my thought process after a fire. And we had to move out of the unit as quickly as possible for health reasons. Thank you for donating for after our fire we did a lot of shopping at thrift stores. Keep smiling😁😊😀🙃🤪

You found a pale yellow pencil box with a bunny on it. It could be worth something. At least here in the Netherlands. It's called Nijntje. It's a legend here, more then 50 years old childern stories.
