You know Janna and I love us a good flea market. Come along as we head to the Concord, California market and drive-in theater for a day of great-bargains-giving and lots-o-cash-takin! Plus it's another opportunity to put our new Mercedes Sprinter van to the test and see what kind of load we can bring out with us.

Hi Jack, Just a tip for your new van. In the back there are squares where windows would be if it was a window van. The inside of those window spots is the outside skin of the van. You need to put luan or 1/4” plywood in those spots. Otherwise your cargo will put dents in the outside skin and your beautiful van will look like crap from the outside.
I wouldn't put in a solid permanent bulk head in behind the seats the up side is you get a nice separated seating area but you lose so much flexibility and the ability to remove the seats and put in a larger loads..
I'd put in dog guards that will attach to the rear seats and are easily removed

I don't know if anyone has suggested it but it looks like you could stand your 6' tables against the back of the backseats to create a "wall" You could do at least 2 side by side, I would sure try all 3, bungee cord them to the headrests to hold them up until you have enough stuff packed against them to hold them up on their own. Bonus, it will protect the back of the seats as well

I love your flea markets. During summer at my apt. Complex we have a yard sale. I was really looking forward to follow your lead on pricing, $1 sales, and free to end up. Then Covid-19 hit. So now it all goes to charity. 🙂🙂🙂

That one guy wasn't too happy about your $4.00 price on the spray cleaner and washing wand. LOL. Thought it should be $3.00 like most people were getting as a price. If you put a cargo wall behind the back seat you won't believe how much difference that makes. I have a regular van that I go to swapmeets with wow . You've never seen so many harley parts in one van.

Jack why not use the tables behind the seats to load up to and stop boxes falling forward maybe save building a bulkhead behind the seats, and you should call it the silver dream machine

There is so much more security when you have to move boxes from a storage unit down to the van. I often wonder if someone would walk off with a box when you are in a unit when you use your truck and trailer.

Jack have you ever thought about having a sign that says everything is $1 that sits on a pole with 3 or more sides that might rotate in a breeze? I think it might help attract buyers while you are talking with buyers.

It’s a work van buy some seat covers good tough ones to save the van. You need one on the drivers seat waterproof so it doesn’t get ruined. They are a good investment.
