You dont have to POUR hot wax from your scentsy..... Throw in a couple of regular CottonBalls and they will soak up the wax neatly in a jiffy...and then set them aside to harden up so you can throw them away safely with no spill mess!!

dave i talk to ebay associates on the phone at least once a month, go to the help center and the automated chat and keep adding in the message that a buyer is trying to scam you and that you need to talk to a customer service representative.
Here's a suggestion that will probably fall on deaf ears. eBay LOVES when sellers are active on the system. Instead of letting your orders sit around for 4 days get them packed up. You're a full-time seller and you have your packages picked up. It's ridiculous that you wait so long. The more active you are on eBay the better it does, and one day handling gives your listings a boost
I agree, ebay actually calculates your average ship time from purchase to shipped. When I met with an eBay growth consultant at an eBay open house they actually gave me mine and it was less than a day. I generally ship my items as soon as they sell. I'll stop what i'm doing or finish what I'm doing and ship it, because the buyer loves seeing that notification sooner than later.

I do not personally buy from anyone that doesn’t have 1 or 2 day shipping. Most of the time, I will look for a 1 day seller. USPS/UPS/FedEx take long enough, I don’t need the seller to also.

I don't always cancel when asked because my items are all promoted. We are charged the promoted fee on the item, tax, and shipping. Promoted fees are not refunded back to us. Why should I lose several dollars because people change their mind after the fact, or found it for 1.00 less after buying mine? My ASP is only 15.00 (not including shipping) so a few dollars on small ticket items add up. I know I'm probably in the minority with this thinking, but I am personally tired of all the cancellation requests I get these days. As for contacting ebay, it is nearly impossible, but last time I got back something other than what I sent, I did the help chat and typed in phone call and then got the option for them to call me.

Hey, just a heads up. Watching your video and the way to talk to somebody at eBay is actually to go to the little help icon and have them call you. I’ve not had to wait more than two or three minutes for them to reach out directly on my cell phone. It’s much quicker than calling in and waiting on hold and having to hit 100 different buttons.
You can contact them through the app. Go to the bottom click on help contact once you get to the chat with rep type speak to agent then they will typically call back in a few minutes

I have called EBay numerous times in the past few weeks. I get difference answer whenever I call. My EBay will not let me select anything. I can’t send offers. Last person I called I was told they haven’t figured out a fix. So I just have to wait until they get sh** together. I so want to move to another platform but don’t know which one!
We always cancel when somebody sends us a cancellation request. I don’t want somebody’s INAD lie to hit my eBay store so I’m gonna cancel it and sell it on another day so that these Shiesty buyers don’t mess up numbers.
You can ask ebay to remove a feedback on the site. First go to help and contact after there is a option to request to remove feedback the n follow the steps. Hopes this helps also I do have a special number for ebay but will only talk to the ebay user calling.
I'd recommend using Gorrila glue on your bunny instead of super glue. I have a video on it (not self promotion, just for info). If you have any sand paper, you can lightly land both sides for better adhesion. It's water activated, so I'd dab each side with a moise paper towel. Once it's cured, you can sand it, paint it, etc. Also, eBay customer service is the worst. I got dinged on my account because there was a glitch in the system. The cancelations dinged my account so much, I went from Top rate to below average in two days, because of my defect rate. Can I get anyone on the phone, or chat, or anything? Nope. A large portion of my inventory is Halloween, so I'm losing my mind over here. I get to go back to Above average on Oct 20th, because the first day stuff has fallen off. The second day stuff stays and carries over. Fun!

The point of being able to say no to the cancellation request is if you’ve already shipped the item. That’s it. If you haven’t shipped then you should cancel.
I much prefer to chat with an agent (not the bot) on eBay seller help. Because the conversation is documented and a transcript is emailed to you. The only time I spoke with an agent on the phone, that agent told me and assured me my issue would be resolved and it wasn't! And guess what? I had no proof. So if you go to the seller help chat option and type in agent persistently, you will eventually get a real agent.
This just happened to me. I sold a $250 white Canon camera with a matching case, battery, charger and memory card. I received back a silver Canon, different model and nothing else. I won't go into all the details but it became a huge mess of back and forth commuication between me, the buyer and eBay for two weeks. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I eventualky got a call from eBay's upper management. I was told that because of eBay's Buyer Protection Program, I was expected to issue a full refund to the buyer upon receiving the return, regardless if it was the wrong item. Then I could file a dispute after the fact. I talked to the manager and was astounded by what he told me.
My ebay room can smell like a locker room sometimes. Depends on what I’m working on. I can tell when I’ve been to the bins and need to wash shoes because i usually smell them in my car. If someone reads this, it’s not all the time I do try my best not to get nasty shoes
The most you can do is give a 50% refund. If you escalate it to a case that eBay decides they will give the buyer a full refund and then at that point you cannot give only a 50% refund. If you really push it sometimes eBay will send you an affidavit to sign stating that you received a different item and then they will give you and the buyer a refund.
That’s why I asked you on your last video how you were going to call eBay because there is no way anymore.. not even a email anymore just that stupid AI chat crap! So frustrating! eBay needs to fix this for sure!
Re Super Glue. I always buy the GEL type now. It's in a larger blue bottle and does cost more, but will last Forever because it doesn't dry up or do whatever makes the others useless after a couple uses. It's also Way easier to work with and doesn't glue your fingertips every flippin time. Have used it for a decade and haven't had a gel one go bad yet.

It’s not good on a buyers account to have no pay dings. As a seller I block anyone with 2 no pays in a year. I don’t want to business with people who don’t pay. As. Seller I accept all requests to cancel. If not, it will be returned anyway.

The water heater odor could be from the anode rods deteriorating. You should check if they need to be replaced.
