That is someone’s whole life. It’s a great find for you. It makes me a little sad to know this is what we’re reduced too. Makes me think I should just start un-collecting everything in my home 🤷♀️

Hi Renee, I think you did ok😉😉 on this unit. Certainly got your $20 back and then some. I would hate to see all the furniture go to the dump, especially if it’s in decent condition. Our community has a Furniture Mission, which serves families in need. Super easy and very convenient; just call to set up a pickup appointment and they haul it away. No dump fee and you could claim the donation on your taxes-a win win😉😉👍🏻👍🏻‼️Anyway, I’ve always enjoyed watching your videos😉😃. Keep doing what you’re doing. Best Regards-Angie in Sioux Falls, SD😉😉
I know. It’s hard not to build up your own story about the person who stored the items. I’m imagining an older person who may have gone to stay short term with relatives out of their area who had intentions of going back but something kept them from getting back to get their things. Or maybe they had to go into a nursing home and family put the things in storage but never got back to clear out.
The tenant of the storage unit was not a poor person. The things you found so far were all of good quality - nothing from the dollar store. And how clean, in good condition and well packed everything was! The furniture wasn't cheap either. What I saw was solid wood, not cheap pressboard or composite. I hope they don't end up in the dumpster. Maybe they'll find a good new use with the help of Taco Stacks? I'm so happy for you that you got a really good storage unit this time. 20 dollars is like a gift! Best regards Gabriele - Berlin

I just can't stop but think of the people who owned all that lovely stuff. did they fall on hard times or are they even alive must have been people who cared about their things. Good on you for getting all that for $20 very good purchase.
Thank you for saying this. I get how it's fun to watch these types of videos, but as someone who lost almost everything when I couldn't pay for my unit, I find these a bit sad. Most units aren't "abandoned", but lost and agonized over. That's someone's life, not just junk to laugh about and see dollar signs. I lost family photos and precious items. Like I said, I get why people enjoy watching these, but try to remember someone's heart is probably breaking as well.
Can't help but feel sad for the person who lost all of their belongings. Some very nice things. I guess if you have a yard sale or sell to a consignment shop, you recoup the twenty , plus much more. Watching this is like watching someone open a grab bag. Nice haul. Hope she has somewhere to store all of it.

The flashlight with the built-in FLUX CAPACITOR is WAY COOL !! Give that to TACO to keep in his VAN !!
The power could go out for a week & you’d still have light with that!
I don't think I've ever seen such a large flashlight! The power could go out in Pittsburgh, PA,, and you'd be able to give them light from P-burg, NJ! You might even be able to give light to the space station! LOL.
Nice locker for $20. Shows you don't have to spend a lot.
Some linens can command a fair amount of money online. Especially vintage.
Incredible❣️Most interesting discoveries and valuable treasures. 👍😍
Renee got the whole house and then some. WHOO!
Oh man when you opened that first tote i thought there was a heavy duty turntable mat on the top...and assumed there would be records and a player in there. Turned out to be placemats. Still a very solid unit so far...even the furniture looks pretty good (from a distance)
Also, you have a nice new flashlight for your bycicle 😀
I smiled with you through the entire video. I can't wait for day two!
🎉 congratulations you got a good unit full of quality items 💲💲💲💲💲💲💲
Ps. Would love to see that giant flashlight powered up on another video. Never seen anything like that before. Could spotlight the moon!!
I always love your unboxing in storage units 😉🦋
So happy you said two videos 😊
Congratulations on your score. You have a positive attitude and the viewers can tell you truly enjoy what you do. May the profits be with you!
What wonderful finds congrats😊
You did awesome on that unit!! Poor Taco. He's in for a workout for sure. 😅 looking forward to the continuation video.
I like watching storage locker videos on the UA-cam but only when the person doing the video adds some personality to it. You’re one of those people Renee.
Thank you for the kind words!
Nice unit Renee, that's funny you say cause I was already imagining Tacos reaction to lol, happy for you and I look forward to seeing part 2 on this unit and watching all your vids 😊
Great buy! I'm a fellow locker buyer and I love all the unexpected surprises!
You are going to 'out tote' the Tote Man with this unit, Renee!
I'm so excited for you!!! So fun to watch your haul and excitement! Yay!!
The way things are packed & wrapped, it's like grandma went to the old folks home. Dvd's at 5 for $1 Will get your money back. If furniture was good and clean, can you donate or put on your front yard with a "free" sign? You did good, but may have to buy Taco an ice coffee for his help 👍👍
We saved what furniture we could, such as that one table that looked like a butcher block and a small coffee table. The side of the unit with furniture must have gotten water in it at some point because there was mold on the bottom of the other pieces, plus some mice issues. I agree with your guess on moving out and going into a home or assisted living...
Looks like you did well Renee😊😊😊
I think you are developing good instincts on storage unit buys.
Good buy Rene! I hope you find more good stuff.
The DVD’s unopened sell great on e-bay. Especially sets.
Lots of research ahead of you, but you really scored!!!!❤❤❤
