    Love that you bring up being insecure about being skinny also, I think us women are taught to never be happy with who we are. The way I see it, if we are healthy, we should be happy. We are all different & that’s okay.

    I actually couldn’t agree more! This is EXACTLY how I eat! I call it Mindful eating. I eat everywhere my family eats, just be more mindful, if I know I’m going to dinner and may eat a little more, then I’ll eat a better, smaller lunch. I also do a little intermittent fasting. Just had my 4th baby 5 months ago and am 7 lbs away from pre pregnancy weight, and I’m nursing! Just by being mindful and drinking lots of water. And not eating too late!

    I started eating more whole foods in 2019 and cut out most processed foods (80/20). It changed my life! No bloat. Body composition changed. Healthy. Went from a size 8-10 to a 4-6. And it’s totally sustainable. Still eating this way. And I enjoy treats. I’m just more intentional with them.

    Thanks for ur opinions and experiences. One thing im noticing is it seems like u dont have a problem w portion control. Have u always been like that? I grew up being forced to clean my plate snd have a lot of problems w portion control. That ice cream in my fridge…i cant seem to just have a bite here and there. Its the whole container or nothing. Im still trying to tackle it.

    I've been watching since the black dining room and the closet tutorials! Just saying your hair is gorgeous when its shoulder length makes it looks so full! The long is also beautiful as well!

    Everything bagel rice cakes. Game changer. Use it for avocado “toast” or an open faced egg “sandwich

    Have you tried the Ezekiel bread? I have heard good things about it as its made with whole grains and isn't a overly processed white bread.

      Yes! I add shredded carrots, sometimes red cabbage if I have it, cucumbers, broccoli, and i've been really into banana peppers too lately

    I did this exact same thing. Started January 2021 and by the end of the year I was down from 170 to 140 and feel better then ever. It’s not realistic for me to cut out wine or Taco Bell so I basically did exactly what you did. If I knew I was going to Mexican for dinner , I’d eat pretty low cal all day to save the calories for queso . 😂

    I definitely have the bloat issue but mine is from greens even the smallest amount. I cannot eat salad 🤦🏼‍♀️

    I love the egg cooker! Thank you for this video. I’ve been trying to eat better too. I noticed I drink quite a bit of calories (wine). I gave up alcohol and my belly has gone down so much in the last 10 days. I’m not saying I’ll never drink again, but it’s all about figuring out what’s not agreeing with our bodies. Gonna pay attention to unnecessary bread now!

    Hi Tiffany, funny you should talk about bread but I love all different kinds of bread but I have pretty much cut it out of my diet as well along with milk. Not saying I never eat bread or drink it in a Starbucks Chia Latte lol but I do buy only 1% for the house. I've seen a difference in my belly as well. You have given me some more ideas to add to my diet. And those Quest chips Ranch and taco which you turned me on to are so dang good! Thanks for the great video! 😀

    So basically eat a balanced diet ! Got it. It really makes perfect sense. It’s a gradual thing, that can be maintained. As someone who is extremely over weight and out of
    shape… it’s rough chileee. 2020 was wild I lost my mom. Since then I’ve been trying to get my groove back. Thanks for sharing xox’

      I'm so sorry about your mom. I can't imagine. As if the last 2 years werent crazy enough. I feel you on the gradual thing. I get it, it's different for everyone and it's just such a tough subject to give good info to everyone that we can all relate to. xo

    Definitely going to try cutting out "unnecessary bread". I have felt so bloated and "large" in the stomach even though I've been exercising more

      You got this! enjoy the bread that's "extra special" here and there, but skip the garbage stuff when you can (which will be more than you think!)

    Carbs and fiber typically will cause bloat. Bottom line, stay away from grains.

    Good bread is where it’s at, fresh baked from my fave local bakery and definitely not every day. But I agree with your take, over-processed breads are definitely not worth it!
