Yet virtually every apartment complex with places under $700 I've researched in CO Springs have reviews about *gunfire,* *car break-ins,* *high* *police* *presence,* *junkies,* *homelessness,* etc. How on Earth can any city be ranked so high with gangs and gunfire & thefts being so high? I was interested in moving there but a bulletproof vest isn't in my moving budget.
haha yes Chicago is probably much safer. jk. No matter where u go every city has good and bad areas. CO is the least of your worries. Under $700 is definately not happening in a bigger city like CO or Chicago unless like you said that there will be junkies but that is everywhere. I know you can definately get that in a small town though like Battle Creek, MI but there is nothing exciting there.
