He's so cute, and it's funny that they are so cat-like when alone, but if you come to close they'll claw you to death😂 So I suppose that the cat domestication process made cats able to show their cuteness also in front of humans.
It mostly just made them more comfortable around humans and accustomed to being around them without trying to eat them. Domestic cats still behave like wild cats that's probably why we like them, they're like cougars you can pet ( sometimes) 😼😺
