I have visited mahagun proposed project at sector 12, i believe they are into some scam. They are not going to launch this project, i have not been hearing anything on this mahagun project since last 1 year. Do you have anything to share which is not fake?

The slow progress of construction across all their projects raises concerns about timely delivery. While there are talks of launching Mahagun Mezzaria 2 in the near future, it's uncertain when they will regain stability. It's advisable to monitor the group's performance and wait for signs of improvement before investing.
Sir Noida sector 1 Noida extension 4 year investment plan ke according kaisa hai. Return ratio?
4 year investment plan ke liye aap CRC ke ek upcoming project hai sector 1 me, uske liye plan kar skte ho. Rera expected hai kuch hi months me a jayega uske bad aap usme invest kar skte hai.
Sir can you pls suggest what is the expected BSP after one year in sec-10

Sir Jaipur mein 41 lakh ka flat mil raha hai 13k rent aa raha hai uska. investment ke hisaab se noida extension better hai ya jaipur?

@@whitehatrealty Sir my plan is to get rental and divert that into a SIP for my 2 month old baby for next 18 years. Expecting 12% returns CAGR in SIP. And a decent appreciation in my initial investment of 41 lakh after 18 years, expecting 4% per anum.

Stellar will be out soon, probably within this month only.
Mahagun might be a premium builder but its construction quality has been really very poor in few projects like Mahagun Mantra & Mahagun Mywoods. I have personally visited boty projects and quality is worst than any C class builders in the region.
We completely agree on your points.
Also it has been almost a year and Mahagun has not received rera for mezzaria 2.0 and all their projects are delayed.
