      In Greater Noida, affordable property is illegal. Legal property in the projects named in this video are unaffordable. This man is not fully aware of the ground situation. I recommend everyone to watch videos of Jai Kumar Tiwari, a retired civil engineer, before looking to buy any property, especially land, in U.P. Do your own investigations before committing a single rupee. Do not rely on promotional videos like this one. Such videos are usually sponsored by developers and builders looking to sell their projects.

    Warning: Greater Noida West is a nightmare to live in! The constant traffic jams, poor infrastructure, and lack of amenities make it a frustrating and exhausting place to call home. The area's rapid growth has outpaced its development, leading to endless congestion, pollution, and chaos. Unless you enjoy spending hours stuck in traffic, I'd strongly advise against making this place your home. Trust me, you won't regret avoiding it!

      Wrong as you have yourself mention the reason Rapid Growth. However, I do not know what is your vested interest for this false opinion. There is best available infrastructure, no red light chauraha, no water logging in rainy days like Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad or Faridabad. At parthala there is a world class overbridge and another one is approved for Gaur Chowk to avoid traffic jams. Metroline also is sanctioned. Near Tilapata Chowk, there is an underpass under construction almost ready - final finishing is underway. There is ample green space available, so many service roads, green belt for future public facilities like elevated roads etc. to cope up with problems arising out of rapid growth / congestion.

      ​​@@deenanath8007The growth in population here is very dramatic and fast. Public buses have started upto pari chowk, on waste management GNIDA is doing some concrete work and pollution is due to high rise buildings and high population density. Once metro operational, it will ease to live in Greater Noida West, but, the biggest issue you forget to mention the affordability - the rising prices of flats from 2,700 to 12,000 per sq feet during last 6-8 years.

    -safety issues to hai abhi bhi as its quite open area and informal bussiness setups are there.
    - also traffic and informal setup isues ( feels like gaziabad )
    - cleanliness issues are also there, also green belts are not properly maintained and also damaged
    - public transport issues no metro bus or snything
    if these are sorted out then it would be really good ecosystem to live in. as infrastructure is already quite good

      Pros - Sab chiz ki availability hai yaha pe jo jeene k liye chaiye.
      Cons - No metro, No public transport, crowded during peak hours.
      Baki dunia bhar k schools top class, malls, society shops, hospitals Sab kuch hai.

      Broker sirf bakchodi krtey hain. Fir bewakoof bna kr behctye hain, better reality bata kar becho kam kosenge log tumko.
      But these issues are still there, Kaunsi AC busses chal rhi hain?
      Sarey gol chkkar band krtey jaa rhe hain gaur mall k samne, sabko 2km ka extra chlana padta hai.

      Reality is -
      infrastructure is there but only but cream public is less, aagey jakey jo hona hai inhone lsit kr hi dia hai, but abhi 5 saal lagenge poora hone mein. To ABHI KI SITUATIONbatao. 5 saal baad to New Noida bhi aa jaega, Yamuna city bhi better ho jaegi, usmein kam se kam badi companies ayengi, aur wo bhi Noida se utna hi padega,

      @@Jarvis12-m9e bro Gaziabad se meaning tha ki old city unplanned type shopes bani huyi hain idhr jabki this was full barren land where everything is planned.
      Baki gzb is much practical as wahan already sab settled hai, also newer location like Siddhartha vihar are good. well establised city hai, bas planning wali dikkat to hai hi GZB mein.

    This area full of problams peak hours big jaam to many people are living and to many have to be and no transportation no metro no share texi or auto if someone don't have own car will stuck..

    Since 10 years metro is comming here and still work has not started of metro. This place is like slums with all the time traffic jam...with 0 Government facility. No government bs facility..no dispensiry....its nightmare staying here.

    Noida west se behtar raj nagar extension h , it has both metro and rrts station. 20 mins away from delhi

      Baat toh apki sahi hai but Rajnagar extension ghaziabad mai padhta hai. Ghaziabad ki image zyada achi nahi hai. Zyada se zyada log Delhi k border se sate ghaziabad k pass hi rehna chathe hai jaise Indirapuram, Vaishali, Crossings Republik etc.
