    1. Return on Investment - self care: cleaning service. For everyone it’s different
    2. Affordable things in luxury places - coffee at a 5 star hotel
    3. Strategic shopping - buy clothes that you can keep on using for different occasions
    4. Consider renting - renting outfits instead of buying
    5. Splurge only on things that you know - you can get really good use out of
    6. Vacations - utilise points: points from hotels, restaurants, mileage
    7. Vacations - Take Advantage of the off season
    8. Don’t be afraid to ask for Complimentary upgrade - the worst they can say is: No
    9. Stop being in lack - Reframe your mindset to positive and abundant: I don’t want to spend my money on this right now
    10. Surround yourself with people who have Abundance Mindset. IT’S CONTAGIOUS

I just love this channel. It gives me validation about the woman I am and what I like. I have people in my life always telling me I’m materialistic because I love to look nice and refuse to go out looking bad. I get comments like oh where are you going or I didn’t know we were getting fancy today. It so annoying. I like to look put together and pretty. 🌸 That’s all.

One tip I have for clothing!! Take care of your clothing, especially nice stuff. A huge lesson I learned about longevity is to wash things CORRECTLY!! maybe this concept is obviously some people, but not to others, so I thought I would throw it out there. Read the labels and follow the instructions! AND turn sweater inside out, don’t wash them with ANYTHING else, and invest in some of those bags to wash sweaters! It keeps the fabric from getting all fuzzy, or pulling apart or pilling. And I use those bags for delicate blouses and bras as well. And make sure you lay them out flat to dry and fold them up (don’t hang them or that will stretch them out!). I’ve learned many lessons about laundry through many errors lol.

I've been always living on the edge so I just took 'broke' as a main part of my personality, even seeing money as something 'bad' that wasn't for me. Even when my situation was okay I would still panic and feel anxious about spending money and looking at my bank account. Since I've discovered your channel I realised how important is to have a good mindset about it since it's a big thing in our lives and how dangerous is to be defining yourself as 'broke' all the time. Now I'm learning how to see it as a tool and believe that abundance is for me as well ☺Thank you so much!

Love this idea of ROI. One way I like to feel more abundance is really feel luxurious while doing a task like my skincare. I think things like 'how lucky am I to have these lovely products that make me feel more beautiful'. It can be done with anything such as food, shower, driving etc.

I love this my current ROI is with my health. I spend more money now on my groceries, gym, vitamins , and therapy because my health both mental and physical is really important to me especially with some health issues i have suffered with in the past. I realized all the shopping and trips and stuff of course is fun, but if youre not healthy physically and mentally its hard to enjoy those other things in life. ❤

Yes!! I love this! When I want to do something that I can't afford I will make it my mission to figure out a way to do or buy what I want.
I will join reward programs or shop on clearance at a nice store. I never shop in my neighborhood! I will drive extra miles to shop in better neighborhoods who have many of the same stores as I do but often have extra luxury amenities available for free or cheap. I enjoy the drive dreaming of living there!
My sons bought the cheapest house they could afford in a nicer neighborhood and fixed it up! This was the best decision they made and it seems like more abundance came their way.
I love restaurant rewards and coupons many times I can eat for free or cheap when I use rewards.
I don't like the word budget either I prefer to say "Spending plan" just a different mind set!

I love that first tip! For me, splurging on everything to do with knowledge and creativity has the highest return. I just love the feeling of having this abundance of learning and DIY materials of all kinds, books, stationery, pre-recorded online classes, learning subscriptions, etc., to sit down and choose from whenever I feel like it. On the other side, fancy tech equipment and cars don't do anything for me; I don't need them in my job/where I live. I completely respect other people's decision to splurge on that even if it's not "necessary" for them if it makes them happy but I've come to realize it doesn't do anything for me. I am really happy with public transport, the occasional taxi ride, and the tech equipment I will be using until the day it falls apart but nobody touches or questions my 10+ fancy journals and 20+ washi tapes, YES those are all mine and yes I need all of them, lol.
A clean home and office space and fresh flowers are also the pinnacle of luxury for me.
Another thing I really love, and I don't know if that's the same in the US and other countries but where I live sometimes really fancy restaurants that are super expensive in the evening have moderately priced lunch offers and they are just as great in terms of quality and of course the ambiance. I recently got a really lovely lunch menu for about 20 Euros including one drink in a very luxe place with a friend, and we thoroughly really enjoyed it.

My husband and I came to a similar conclusion in a roundabout way. We have 2 small kids so going out to dinner plus paying for childcare is excessively expensive. We do have flexibility during our workweek and while the kids are in school, we will splurge on a day date at a nicer restaurant!

This is actually really good advice. I recently stumbled into finding a very particular budget-friendly way to live a lux life and it has been a game changer! I've always wanted a hot tub. I can't afford a traditional hot tub, so I came up with a more affordable solution: I created a mini backyard spa/cabana with an inflatable hot tub!
On Prime Day, I found a deal on an inflatable hot tub for about half off. Then, at the end of the summer, I scored an end-of-season clearance deal on a hard-top gazebo with soft sides. If you're looking for patio furniture deals and you live in a seasonal climate, August is a great time to shop. Apparently, no one buys things for their patio in August. I also bought an outdoor rug, snagged some larger outdoor string lights from my MIL's garage, and moved my existing espresso-colored patio furniture into the gazebo. I stuck the lights up in the top of the gazebo so that they twinkle down. I got a brown wicker storage cube ottoman/night stand to store the pool chemicals and accessories. I grabbed a heater and a fan from my basement. Finally, I bought a plush robe to keep me cozy on the walk from the house to the cabana. Slowly, I've built a luxurious little getaway in my own backyard! The soft sides offer privacy. The hard top keeps the rain out. There's heat for the cold weather and a fan to move air around. The patio furniture provides a nice place to change clothes. I feel like I'm in a super chic, private cabana! I love to go to out there and read or maybe sip some bourbon and it's a really nice date night location.
This little bit of backyard luxury has been amazing. All in, from pool chemicals to hot tub to the gazebo, it probably cost $1000 spread across about 6 months. I still want to make a few improvements, like adding a well-lit path from the house to the cabana and coming up with a way to hang or mount the hot tub top somewhere. Maybe I could add some really lux candles or some outdoor speakers. It is completely private, so it is even better than a fancy hotel hot tub. Every time I am out there, I feel like I am positively swimming in luxury!

The greatest luxury is living a life of truth and peace ... To fail to choose truth and peace is to live a life of lies and chaos which is insanity ... High ceilings, fresh flowers and plants, beautiful lighting and a great view also convey a feeling of wealth and abundance ... and of course, a fit body and awesome clothes and shoes ... delicious nutritious food and awesome friends who are truthful and peaceful, kind and helpful.

A great travel tip is doing last minutes! Me and my sister did one to a fancy hotel near the shönbrunn Palace in Austria in august (high season). And it was super affordable. You can even plan out your vacations, just planning the time period in which you want to go, and one/two weeks in advance looking at last minute deals. The longer you wait, the cheaper they get.

As I have gotten older, learning to take care of and really use the nice things I do have has helped. And also, finding little "treat yo self" moments. Trader Joe's is great for this. I get fresh cut flowers or croissants that I let rise overnight, so I can wake up to enjoy them fresh from the oven. Affordable yet indulgent.

For the clothing thing: I have a very unique fashion sense. Think business casual princess. The clothing would either be thousands of dollars or cheaply and unethically made, so I started sewing. I can go to thrift stores or get fabric really cheap and make the clothes exactly how I want them. I just finished my gown for a formal dinner coming up and it gives mermaid vibes hard while being elegant and super affordable (about $50 for a dress based off a $10,000 gown but the color, size, and details are tailored for me).

Love all these points, like the first one I have a friend who saves money to travel and has recently started flying in first class when she has a long flight, her reasoning? If she flies economy and spends two days sleeping off the exhaustion from the flight then she's losing money by not using all her holiday time enjoying herself and it makes so much sense.
Similarly, I once took a budget-conscious friend to a high end tea cafe and she got legit mad at me looking at the prices on the menu, I calmly tried to explain to her that we don't have to get a whole meal, we can simply get two cups of tea and a pastry to split but no! we had to leave the cafe without ordering anything, we live in a hostel that provides meals, and we roughly have the same budget for stuff but her reasoning is that it's better to order trash food five times a month, while I'd rather enjoy good food once a month.
