Sometimes I loss around 30-50 hairs(broken hairs +full strands) , sometimes just 10-20 hair I loss, I wash my hair every 3-4 days (2 times in a week) and when i did shampoo on my fourth day hair wash I loss 100-150 hairs max or on my third day I loss 80-100 hairs max .
