For those who haven’t seen it - the husband had a son with a partner and actually had a relationship with their daughter. He found out and killed the entire family.
You must be confusing this with a different episode. In this one the daughter brought her boyfriend and the runaway girl over to her house to hang out. The boyfriend found out the daughter had the hots for another guy and went ballistic. That alerted the parents and he ended up killing them too. Not wanting there to be any witnesses he hunted down the little brother and killed him too.

This reminds me of a woman I know who said that she would never let her child spend the night at his friends house because she didn’t trust his parents like that. If you’re not going to trust someone enough that you’ll let them take care of your child, you probably shouldn’t let your child be friends with their child. I know if I thought someone were a predator I wouldn’t let my kid anywhere near them and I certainly wouldn’t let them be friends with their child
My parents are JWs and it’s always like that, mostly due to religion but also not wanting me to wind up in some murdered state. Because who knows if the dad is secretly a molester. At least that’s what I was told my whole life. It doesn’t feel good when you can’t have a sleep over with your friend even when your parents know the other parents well just because they don’t follow the same religion and are seen as mislead and can influence you into satans path
You sound lost. Keeping your kids safe doesn’t mean they can’t have friends it means that you have boundaries put in place to protect your children. Spending the night allows your child to be in a vulnerable situation. So yes your child can play with mine At the park or we can all go to the movies but no my child cannot sleep at your house.
I honestly don't understand how stupid some parents can be. I don't care how much you think you can trust somebody when you're told she's wanted in connection to a MURDER you don't play those stupid games with your child's life by letting them in your house and in their room🙄🙄
But if that’s the case there is always a reason, if it was a murder in self defense, or an accidental murder, also could’ve been framed or just circumstances. They probably either didn’t know or assumed what I said

Even juggalos know you don’t kill someone just because. They really only promote that people like pedophiles and etc should die because they can’t be redeemed.
I hope that Bonnie girl gets arrested for doing all of that. What would her own family be told about what she did? If she goes to either juvenile jail or adult prison after being in court, I hope she is never released.
The girl, Molly, is in fact not named Molly, and was a runaway suffering from short-term memory loss. She is declared incompetent to stand trial, but her male accomplice pleads not guilty by reason of mental defect. His attorney argues that he suffered from PTSD associated with the 9/11 attacks. Lupo recognizes her as the defense attorney who represented a man who killed his family in such a grisly way that it caused Lupo to suffer PTSD and fall asleep on the job as his partner was killed. Lupo doesn't want to testify, but Bernard helps him through it. Cutter blows a huge hole in the attorney's defense (Lupo never killed anyone after suffering from PTSD, and the attorney also lost her case using that defense before) and the dude pleads guilty. It's a very good episode.

See, I’m currently considering either becoming a police officer (homicide specifically) or a firefighter, and the thought of coming across something like this makes me lean towards firefighter I don’t know if I could handle seeing a dead child, the idea of coming across any body is horrible and heart breaking, but a child? That hurts even more Children are so young, so innocent, and most importantly, so vulnerable, we as adults have a responsibility to look out for them, and the thought of a child dying is already heartbreaking, a child being murdered, and in such a brutal way, it’s too much, could drive a person with too weak a mind to suicide
Why do you want to become a homicide detective? Why do you want to become a firefighter? I say do a pros and cons list for both. Also, see if you can shadow in both fields (or some type of work with both departments). Ask ppl what they love and what they hate about the field. Once you find you’re biggest or most important pro and con you’ll be able to decide. Good luck,

This show seriously blurs the lines between being dead seriousness and having dead dark humour
Just casually contaminating the crime scene, walking on bloody footprints and touching evidence with your bare hands.
I agree with most of that, but it's for dramatic effect, the detectives need to look intimidating and weathered.
And to be fair, he did step around the Bloody footprints.
They aren’t the first ones on the scene. Some of that stuff is already accounted for

@@reeddemalacca7357 The guy who killed everyone and tried to kill Anthony (Don't know his characters name) his attorney claimed he had PTSD from the 9/11 attacks
Absolutely. The last few seasons had a notorious habit of doing two or three “ripped from the headlines” angles in a single episode. There was one that did “Balloon Boy” as a five-minute interlude unconnected to the rest of the story.

My parents never let me hangout with friends unsupervised that was the rule.
Sure friends thought my parents keeping us in their line of sight was weird but I was fine with it.
Plus my parents went the extra mile if I was making friends then before I was allowed to hangout my parents had to meet the parents of whoever I became friends with.

Liberalism at its worst!
And then of course everybody else is to blame.....
I was in tears when & after they found the boys body. That literally broke my heart
It’s not about trusting the friends (that’s separate) but also trusting the parents. I come from a fucked home. I’m fine but my parents weren’t.
Do kids just not get friends anymore?

I honestly don't understand how stupid some parents can be. I don't care how much you think you can trust somebody when you're told she's wanted in connection to a MURDER you don't play those stupid games with your child's life by letting them in your house and in their room🙄🙄
But if that’s the case there is always a reason, if it was a murder in self defense, or an accidental murder, also could’ve been framed or just circumstances. They probably either didn’t know or assumed what I said

Insane Clown Posse themselves do not promote senseless murder. More like killing pedophiles or rapists.
I’m not their biggest fan, but I’ve gone through my teen years with Five Finger Death Punch, Disturbed and Slipknot!
Even juggalos know you don’t kill someone just because. They really only promote that people like pedophiles and etc should die because they can’t be redeemed.
Fun Fact: 4:06 that's Scott Evans, Chris Evans' younger bro.
"Being Goth never killed anyone." Actually... It has.
I hope that Bonnie girl gets arrested for doing all of that. What would her own family be told about what she did? If she goes to either juvenile jail or adult prison after being in court, I hope she is never released.
Spoil me, what happened in the end?

See, I’m currently considering either becoming a police officer (homicide specifically) or a firefighter, and the thought of coming across something like this makes me lean towards firefighter
I don’t know if I could handle seeing a dead child, the idea of coming across any body is horrible and heart breaking, but a child? That hurts even more
Children are so young, so innocent, and most importantly, so vulnerable, we as adults have a responsibility to look out for them, and the thought of a child dying is already heartbreaking, a child being murdered, and in such a brutal way, it’s too much, could drive a person with too weak a mind to suicide
Good luck,

Why did the cops smoke before entering the apartment? Something to prevent throwing up?
It used to be common practice. I'm not sure if it still is. But, yes, the cigar smell does wonders for masking the stench of decomp. In this scene, Lupo used Vicks Vapo Rub directly under his nostrils, another common trick for masking the smell.
Cigars are pungent, and would help mask the smell of the decomposing body.
@@ReallyCoolGuy6969 a buddy who used to do CSI fro the sheriff department we worked at said there were a few who smoked to calm their nerves before entering, but in this case it was for the smell.
