The Mariners CANNOT trade one of their starters if they want to make the postseason. Bryan Woo will likely miss more time this season, so not only are you giving starts to Emerson Hancock for the rest of the year, you’re also giving starts to Johnathan Diaz. Even if you improve the offense to just below average that’s still not good enough.
@@tjtribble. no they wouldn’t. Donovan has been hitting 264 while being consistently clutch and a gold glove level who has played every position on the field (also our emergency catcher) while miller is just not worth that considering this is his last year of control
@@TylerPerry07 this is not Miller’s last year of control. He still has 2 more years of pre-arbitration before he starts arbitration in 2027. Donovan starts arbitration next year, so he actually has 2 LESS years of control.
As a rangers fan. I 100% agree. We won’t do too much unless we get big packages back. Also we can throw feelers out for like a lane Thomas or someone else that can play C,1B for someone. Also maybe a backup middle infielder if we can get one. I know the farm isn’t a lot but I still 100% agree with y’all that the rangers will do little to non
As a Mariners fan I appreciate you still have hope and are looking for ways to improve the team. I'm afraid this team is in a death spiral in which nothing can save them. If it means a chance of getting Xavier Neyens in the 2025 draft I'm all for it!
That team is in a very strange spot. Y'all have a world series ready Starting rotation but even the best rotation don't win when the offense hardly ever gives more than 3 runs of support. a offense with Julio and a bunch of minor league/ back up major league players
Definitely! I wonder what the history is of having a team with the best ERA in baseball while simultaneously having the worst batting average. I can't imagine this scenario has happened too often. Very strange. Excellent case study.@@corybabcock4263
I love the Parades and Wade to the Astros. Just so funny how good teams use to have 1st base always locked up back in the day and with how the game has changed just isn't the a priority anymore.
Mariners should call the Orioles and ask about Austin Hays. Only reason he's having a down year is because he hasn't gotten enough playing time. He would be a sneaky acquisition and the Ms would give him everyday playing time. If the Orioles only ask for 2 prospects, they should make that trade. I definitely agree with Peter on Lane Thomas going to the Ms as well.
Trading Matthews for a rental Flaherty is malpractice. But I like the LaMonte Wade trade and would move Melton for Paredes but not Baez + Matthews. If something like Melton, Dezenzo, Bloss + Whitcomb/Leon works, great. But realistically we’re probably not getting him
As a Stros fan, I lean toward the smaller package for Lamonte Wade and keeping our top prospects. We need to recognize that our window is closing and if we don't want to hit rock bottom again like 10 years ago, then we need to hold on to top end prospects in the farm
i'd love Parades to the Astros, even if that meant losing the 2 best prospects. Astros would fill the 1st base hole than he'd be the replacement for Bregman when he leaves. i dont see the Astros giving Bregman a new big money deal when they are focusing on getting Kyle Tucker under a long term deal
Pretending not to know his name just makes you seem like a 12 year old. Which you probably are. The only thing anyone needs to know about your stros is what excuses are you going to use when you finish 80-82 and miss a wild card spot by 2 games 😂😂😂

And Donovan is way too much for Brandon miller
@@TylerPerry07 it’s Bryce Miller, and no, the Cardinals accept this trade if it’s offered

lol the Bryce miller trade makes no sense. Also that’s too much for India
So you’re saying Isaac Paredes could be traded to the Astros and fulfill his destiny of being the Juice Box merchant?

“Alex Cora has a .540 winning percentage”
Jerry Dipoto punching air right now
As an Angels fan, we need to trade everyone. But will they do the smart thing, probably not.
Ward for 2 pitchers, I would do.
“Choo Choo. Here comes Jo Adell” 🤣🤣
Parting with Matthews for half a year of flaherty??? I would rather hold if so lol
Matthews is a home town player with a history with the origination. Reason he was picked by Astros. They aren't giving him up for a rental
Can you guys post some Vlogs from each stadium?
We will never trade my glorious king Brendan Big nuts Donovan
Waaaaaaaaaaaay off base with the Mariners. Good luck guys. No subscribe, no reason to.
Let’s gooooo
