I tryed glue it was kaka so i ripped out the hole headline and droped it off to a pro to do for 200 black headliners look cool btw
is there anything else you would add about the wiring above the liner for the roof lights? I can take out the liner but don't want to play around with the electricals

For headliner glue I'd reccomend either 3m high tac 76, or Permatex headliner carpet adhesive.

FmL THIS shit has JUST started happening in my Territory!...I was going to start on replacing my blown fact. Sub but now it's going to be rooflining lol
Where do you go to find the replacement lining? Does the foam lining just deteriorate in Australian hot weather again?

Over time the foam backing on the Valour headlining material crumbles away making it un-stick & fall away from the roof lining board causing the fabric to fall down, once this has happened the material needs to be replaced.
Numerous vehicles today suffer from drooping, fallen headlinings. This is usually because the thin layer of foam backing behind the headlining fabric has most likely degraded due to heat and oxidisation. If let go, this will result in a collapsed, loose and limp cloth that can sag down far enough to obstruct the drivers vision, and also would be unpleasant experience for the passangers.

My question is.....WHY is this such a common occurrence in MANY Ford's?....I thought this only happened in Aus bc of the extreme heat lolooo but when I went back to Nz?....many friends and fam who own ford vehicles from the 2K era - they ALL have sagging rooflining......is this due to Ford using inferior glue or is it the material not properly bonding to adhesive?
RapidFire Muzik™ probably the foam bud, he never put any sort of foam before laying the fabric
What’s the dimensions for the headliner?
Approx 1.2m width.
When we sell fabric for these, we suggest 2.5m length
