I love watching old builds come back to life. Can't wait for the race video.
I love the simplicity of that first cart, the hi low neutral is such an awesome set up, a real engineering solution, would love to see issac and john do something like that on one of their builds !
When I saw the two-stroke exhaust on the racing go-kart I didn't know why you would even bother pulling out the other one. But when I saw it was the two-speed transmission kart! I'm super about it!
Yeah, that's nice. Heard a group of u were going over to cars and cameras. U guys will have a blast..
Heck yeah finally a colab with carsandcameras
The only guy working alone, yet also the only guy who takes the time to properly clean each kart before working on it. That got my attention right away, but after taking a closer look at some of your fabrication, I'd say the other guys should be worried. Good luck!
Man, the duel engine cart. Brings back memories. That thing was a BEAST when it ran right.
Can't wait to see the 2 stroke rip at c&c backyard 300!!!
One man, two offroad carts, in no time! Nics work!!👍
How many hours?
Thank you for the video, I understand how much time, and effort go into making these, not sure a lot of others do.
Check out your back yard for all your go kart needs.
@DetroitMicroSound, goshdarn, my UTV mud tyres look way too big for a kart. I guess I'll just have to build a 4x4 Formula Offroad truck instead.... then move to Iceland. Now look what you've done!??
@@SupraSmart68 🤣🤣🤣😁😁😁
Iceland trucks/Arctic trucks are rad!
I have this but for bikes
Best part about go karts you can store them just about anywhere
I wish I could get my hayabusa Willy’s Jeep together as fast as you put together a project man! Great work as always ❗️
That sounds awesome looking forward to seeing that going! I’m putting a tl 1000 in my project
Nice plug without plugging... Just subscribed to see this build...
MyMind hahaha. Thanks man!
I can't even get my mini bike together😢😢..life is always getting in the way 😔
Get your nose to the grindstone. Stop making excuses and get the shit done.
Great seeing those old projects! And really like the end bloopers you show. Seems like most other youtubers have too big of an ego to ever show something going wrong...
Looking forward to seeing that race, should be lots of fun. Good Luck!!
I love that the foundation of that shed is almost all Go-Carts
Good luck...and have FUN!
Awsome 👍👍my money's on you dude. Love the fact your takin the 2 speed cart. Show everyone what a real fabricators cart looks like. I watch and enjoy everybody thats gonna be there. Good luck. I think id use some larger front tires.
Sorry try again. Redbeard already let the cat out of the bag
@@la_plata3588 ya i seen it aswell. I stand by my statement
No idea how many times I've done the exact same thing while trying to change a tire. Suckage.
Can't wait to see you guys race!
Try using dish soap and water 1 part soap to 3 parts water adjust as you see fit for all mounting tasks it is amazing how well it works and I'll tell ya it works from small 4 inch rim wheels to 20 inch 3 piece hemmt rims with 54 inch tires been there done that soap and water is still my favorite tool for the toolbox... I could write a book about all the uses I've found for it
Always loved that 2stroke shifter kart! Cant wait to see it in action with those nobbys on! Great video chris
Networking for subscribers, a them I see everywhere and then it never stops .
Those are some sweet looking karts!
I remember watching you build the yz kart, that thing runs good, nice work!!
Dude, of course I remember the 2-speed-shifterkart, I'm in since the beginning :D
Good luck with your back with those solid axles
Anybody who is anybody, has punched himself in the eye. I'm just glad that I'm not the only one. You're very entertaining to watch, not to mention inspiring. Keep it up!
Yes! Bringing back one of my favorite builds!!!!
Good music selection this video. Keep up the excellent fab work.
"This things been sitting under my shed for years" pulls out a beautiful kart that doesnt even look bad 🤣🤣
Under the shed

Great tires!! Good luck on your race Chris! 👍😁
You are a very lucky young man in that you still have that eye.You had that tire iron in your hand and that was a close call . Glad you're ok ,,be careful
That last bit had me in bits 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Very cool upload! Keep doing what you do!
So wish I could have been there. Looked like so much fun
Good luck in the race!
Luv the Channel!! And you got to continue keeping the bloopers at the end because they're hilarious!! Watchn outta Sand Springs Oklahoma!
Hilarious blooper. Great attitude. Kick a55at CnC. We're all pulling for you.
the 2 speed build was what got me watching your videos. i'm sure Ike will help you with the carb issues. I think you have a couple of winners, good luck have fun. I cant wait see the race. by the way I live in Alaska
My name is Brian and I also live in Alaska!
Chris love that you keep it real.. b reel is golden!!
The YZ looks pretty mean with those new tires
That kart look so sick with those new tires
I greatly enjoy your videos my friend, now go kick some butt at the races!!!
C&C and Red Beard have help. RBW does it all by himself. My money is on you, bud👍🏽🍻💰
Love the bricks. Keep the brick content coming.
Holy shit. Lol. I’ve been subscribed for four years and watching your vids lol
I'm stoked.

I love your content keep it up man you are awesome
Thanks for the chuckle at the end lol
Good luck in the race.
Love this content
Annnnnnd you thought the tire beads were something to worry about! Ouch!
Go crazy and completely mod the front and rear to support suspension the cars and cameras track is no joke lots of bumps do that research good luck bro!!
No suspension lost your radiator to vibration sad days man sad days
awesome bro!!
Only a true Rather-b fan recognized the 2 speed... I am that fan...
love ur shit man keep it up fr
I love your videos 🤠👍 keep Up The good work 👍 cheers mate 🍻🤠
looks like you got the right kit to win it!
Nice work
Like 13 years ago when I was in like 8th grade or so, I was changing my go kart's tier with two big flat head screw drivers when one of them slipped out and stabbed me in my chin. I still have the scar till this day. Im glad it wasn't and eye, I was way to wreckless back then with simple stuff. Those small kart tiers can be dangerous to change.
good job on the 2 step
I remember when you built the 2 speed gokart that thing is amazing
Man love the two stroke cart
Good Luck and hope you to have fun
Used to be that you'd put a "the end" at the end of a feature. That punch in the eye thing just might catch on....😜
Nice man can’t wait
Nice work bro👌
Tip from old man...go get two 90 degree fittings for those brake lines some zip ties to keep them close to the frame. You do good work I like your vids
Midweek fun!
Am i the only one that still remebers that the yz85 motor has a cracked case?
build it at home dang, even I forgot about that 😬
Uh oh
I bet that 85 cart will fly. You thought about a rekluse clutch for it tho?
rather B welding oops
@@ratherBweldingChris haha maybe but some jb weld on the inside! Did that to my pitbike in the buildseries to😃👍
I love the shifter cart i wish i had the skills to build one like yours
That definitely looks cool
Nice Video like everytime 👌🏼
I didn't think of it at the time, but looking at that two speed transmission I had an idea for a sort of dry syncro. A felt ring, spring loaded that contacts the driven gear prior to the dogs. Pretty simple.
Nice trick i learned when you have a tire that just doesent want to go on the rim is to clamp a vice grip to the edge and kinda rotate the tire around the wheel and have the vice grip act like a ramp to push the tire down into the rim, this is for if you already have one side of the tire on the rim
I remember watching the vid when you built the 2 speed. It might have been my 1st video of you that I saw.
I still remember that kart😃
Cant wait to see yall all together! Hey, we've all hit ourselves one way or another. Lmao! Hope your eye is ok!
Safety first !!!! You should always have eye protection on when your in the shop area.
Your amazing all that you create
Good luck at the race
Nice!!
beautiful karts
Changing tires manually always makes me want to punch myself in the face too. But I generally don’t Follow through with it. LOL
"How'd you get a black eye"?
" .... I was changing a tire and I punched myself... "
LAUGHTER ENSUES
Muy buenos trabajos felicidadez saludos de baja Sur mexico
Estas bien loco!
Tip...: use a lot of soapy spray to lube the tire bead "during!!" installation. It'll slide onto the wheel easily.... Never install tires dry. No more punching yourself in ye olde noggins....! ;)
3 parts water to 1 part dish soap used to not only slide the tires onto the rim easily but when used during seating can help create the initial seal and causes the tire to seat at a lower pressure (reduces the sketchyness as he calls it) and when the soap dries it glues the tire to the rim just like bead sealant except with easy cleanup also if you have a bead leak just put a small amount around the bead the venturi effect of the air escaping will suck the soap into the bead stopping the leak and when it dries it stays sealed
he knew to use soap afterward to seat the bead lol, just forgot you just need it in the beginning
@@Hammerjockeyrepair it works in all stages of tire seating and for many other things too
Soap an water for taking them off to. Less chance of ripping the bead of the tire to.
Just a suggestion, I’ve put drain lines on the fuel bowls of all my carbed engines and I use fuel flow shut-off valves. When you’re ready to put the engine away for awhile, just turn your fuel off going to the carb, run it till the engine quits and then open the lines at the bottom of the fuel bowls and let them drain. Putting a little stabilizer in the tank help, and always keep the tank full so it doesn’t rust on the inside. Keeping carbs clean on a two stroke is job one.
I remember my first tire change on my ATV with a manual tire changer 12" wheels I slipped and smacked myself in the face with the bar got a very nice goose and a concussion
That out take at the end reminds me of a little mishap I had about 25 years ago. :)
I was under my old car trying to get a rusty exhaust hanger bolt out. Not much room under there, so I was kinda pushing the spanner towards myself as hard as I could with my arm fully bent. It was at that moment the bolt head sheared clean off and I blasted myself full force in the face with my own fist (Still clenched tightly around the spanner) and badly broke my nose proper
I seriously thumb my eye yesterday haha
Looks like the gas can needs to be a little bit bigger than a couple coke cans lol
I dont know why but that yz85 is still my favorite build!
Ohhh i have missed this carts
It never fails at the end he always does something funny lmao! Hey donate one of them carts to a fellow Vet 😆
Hope your eye is okay now dude this race is gonna be exciting
I miss the old shifter kart so much lol!
good luck at the backyard 300
Fyi, all 6" go kart wheels, you mount the tires from the back side of the wheel. Especially Q+ wheels. Which are no longer made...
