    YES finally, been waiting for lamb ramen. We eat a lot of lamb in the UK so its great to finally see a ramen recipe for it

    Nice! I once had Lamb Ramen at a place called Tatsu near Ikebukuro Station. Wonder if this recipe is anything like that one. I guess I’ll just have to try and make it!

    I love your videos. Its funny, I was thinking about a curry ramen with sous vide lamb breast just a couple of days ago :) Quick question, do you have a link to your noodle maker? I'd like to get something similar in the states.

    i do wish there were more ramen options outside of pork (haram for me), beef and chicken. lamb and goat meat is so much nicer than beef

      Substitute pork for lamb and chicken and you will get a similar flavor

      @@nmpoy that is hard to find so I just experiment while making ramen broth. I am making a broth right now. It's a Chicken backs, chicken necks, chicken wings, chicken tenders, and mutton trodders broth. I also added leeks, Napa cabbage, lemongrass, an apple, cloves, black peppercorn, and bay leaves as aromatics. I will add garlic, ginger, and if the broth does not have strong enough of a onion aroma (leek aroma) then I will add scallions. InshAllah the broth turns out good. I am muslim too, so I was just trying to help out.
