Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best Mexican stuffed bell peppers, seriously super delicious! My whole family enjoys it! Hope you give it a try and enjoy it just as much!

**Refrigerate up to 4 days!
Ingredients: mixture enough for 7-8 bell peppers
Bell peppers
1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
Your choice of melting cheese, Oaxaca, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella
1 1/2 cup white rice
1 cup pace sauce/salsa(not chunky)
2 cups chicken broth
2 chopped roma tomatoes
1 small white onion chopped
Chopped cilantro
4 minced garlic cloves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp Chile powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 serving of love 💕

Adjust it to your liking, if you like corn and beans,add it! if your lifestyle is low calorie, skip the rice and just add 1 cup of broth! If you like spicy use the hot sauce, if you don’t like it spicy use the mild/medium one! 😅 either way it will be delicious 😋 enjoy!

It's so interesting for me to see so many mexican takes on dishes we have frequently. It's so fun to make stuffed bell peppers but Mexican style.
The fact that Claudia was cooking with a white top while dealing with salsa (with tomatoes) is proof she's a real PRO COOK!
Yummmm... My mouth was watering especially when she had that bell pepper in her hand and made it easier to eat it instead of spoon or fork.

I cooked this yesterday! I followed the recipe exactly, except the salt amount. I changed it to 1 tsp. The peppers were amazing!! Excellent recipe!!

OMG..I actually tweaked this recipe by substituting the cayenne pepper with Korean hot chili pepper (I like more spicy) and added to packets of Goya. My family and friends LOVVVEEDD it!! I told them to follow your page😃
