I used this recipe for tacos and burritos instead of peppers and my family Loooved it!!! Added some fresh toppings as well and it was a hit! Thank you for sharing your recipes!
Made these today and they were so good 🤤. The only thing I’d recommend is instead of baking the peppers to make them softer, I recommend boiling them each for 5 minutes. I found that baking then before stuffing them left my peppers still really firm and we ended up just eating the filling from the peppers because they were too tough to break apart with a fork like I’m usually able to. Other than that, this was absolutely awesome and I’d definitely make it again. This lady does no wrong. Three receipts so far that I’ve tried from her and they’ve all been amazing.

My favorite dish ever. I'm vegan so I make them using sautéed tempeh or veggie crumbles, then I make a Chipotle stewed rice as one of my preferred stuffing options.
