How much chocolate are you using?
What proportions of chocolate to cream to cover the cake before the fondant? 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 ?
3:1 normally and up the ratio during the summer months so 4:1

@@ninarobinson2852 Hi Nina, it's 3 parts white chocolate and 1 part cream. For example (I weigh out in ozs) so 15oz white chocolate to 5oz double cream
