This definitely would not work for me. It is a must that I cleanse my hair/scalp with shampoo, then rinse with water. OMG no way. I probably need to get out of my old ways, but this would b a tremendous transition.
Ibiso Tariah somehow I missed this but I have literally gotten the color is Orlando, silver spring md, dc, and Atlanta. I basically go with whichever brand has it (not brand loyal) and go off the pack / how it looks in the pack.

Sooo glad to hear that! Honestly I love braids so I wear them any season! If I have to choose for me summer seems to be most beneficial simply because I’m typically more active so it’s a time saver (usually go out more, have more events, also is when I travel most).
It’s not about the price, it’s about the extra chemicals that she probably doesn’t want in her hair. It’s the same reason why I don’t buy cheap or expensive products. A lot of comercial products contain endocrine blockers and/or cancer causing ingredients…..
Is your hair natural or relaxed underneath? i have grey braids and I workout a lot I'm worried my hair will sweat out and it won't last long. Any tips to stay active and keep the longetivity of braids
Hi Love, and I'm natural (no relaxer). I also work out 4-5x a week so super active. as for the maintenance, everything is in the video as far as what I do. But when I sleep I still sleep with a satin scarf. thats the only thing I do not think I mentioned. Hope this helps

Hi love! I took a break but am back! For the gym I just wear my hair in a low pony tail using a large hair tie/ band and do not tie it too tight. works perfectly; out the way with no strain to your hair.
I'd listen to your scalp / hair. I only cleanse when I feel like my scalp is dirty etc. So thats what I would focus on, not necessarily the last time you moisturized.

This was just regular braiding hair (Bobbi boss) no measurements. But they were done to reach past my waist.
