This song saved me from depression way back years ago. And I really love how this is sung now.
I have just been going through a tremendously deep valley. I know the Lord was trying to get a hold of my heart and I asked him about a month ago I said Lord take whatever you want in my life and make me more like you. David talks in Psalms about having a broken and contrite heart. God fulfilled his promise in my life and make me broken and contrite but now I know he's making me more like him. He's giving me the heart that I feel that Jesus wanted to put in my life. He is always faithful and so true. He wants only the best for us. Thank you Jesus

WOW - Outstanding! I'm just hearing this for the first time (I know, I live under a rock) but THAT was amazing!!! Being one of the only SWP songs that I know of where they really showcase the lead guitar work, I thought it was absolutely excellent! LOVED IT ALL!
So, I'm a huge fan of Lincoln Brewster and the style of the lead here is so similarly inspired - those explosive runs, the connected slides with the delay and that amazing TONE - dude this is awesome stuff! WELL DONE. I hope it is received much more as a complement, than a comparison to another artist.
