Thank you, great video. Now on top of everything you mention, I can also think about another positive element to having the quick release. At least for me. Nevermind the time, it's mainly my focus on the actual creative process that a constant screwing, unscrewing and rescrewing takes away from me. Being a bit of an ADHD person the benefit of having a quick release plate is absolutely game changing and unmeasurable.
