Bought the OMTECH 130watt machine and didn't receive the accessories kit/ blue bucket, water pump. As far as keys go, we only received the machine run key and no cabinet lock keys. And the honeycomb bed doesn't fit in the machine. May be able to fit honeycomb bed if we reposition gantry / laser head whenever we fire up the Machine for the first time. We still have to buy the chiller and air assist compressor.

I bought a 55W co2 laser.. Mine only came with one key, no usb cable, no focusing tool, broken zipper on the accessory bag (not bin), didnt come with a rotary axis like i see every other post offering as a free bonus, and most annoyingly it has enormous deep scratches/slices on the acrylic lid. It looks like someone cut something while it was on the lid. Ive owned the laser for about 2 weeks so far and i havent used it yet. I want to know what im doing before i start messing with it. this is my first Co2 laser. Hopefully nothing else pops up thats wrong with it. I'm about neutral with the product so far. Not overly excited because of the bad things but i dont have a completely negative feeling about it because there's plenty good about it. Looking forward to becoming familiar with it.

Thank you for the video. I'm wondering in case you need to pass the machine through a 32" wide door, can you easily separate the top part from the bottom part of the machine ?

Once detached from the base (4 phillipshead screws - 2 visible inside and to the left, 2 accessible inside the panel on the right), it was 24" top to bottom.
