And what's trendy in our days are pre cooked meal. There are tons and tons way to eat.

Momma you don't have to brown the hotdogs. You brown the onion. Then put some fresh potatoes and 1/2 gallon of water. Bring to a boil and add crushed tomatoes not sauce and cut up hotdogs plus SALT AND PEPPER. Cook til potatoes are tender. So good and so cheap 😋
We used to eat this as kids but used Las Palmas red sauce. It was my oldest brother’s favorite. I made it for my kids once but they didn’t get it. I didn’t realize this was a struggle meal as a kid. Good on my parents I guess. 😊

I'd eat this if it were spicy sausages over rice. Maybe add some kidney beans. Season the tomato sauce a bit with cumin, garlic, onions, red wine vinegar, and chilli peppers. I like her effort.

I must half cook the sausage first and then set aside, sauté the garlic and onions first in oil and then throw back the sausages in a cook for a couple of minutes before adding the diced tomato or whole peeled tomatoes or jar of pasta sauce. So great for winter! You can add potatoes in there as well so delicious and must serve with rice 🍚 ❤😭😍 So comforting or you could really do a side of mash potatoes 🥔

Ummm Momma, Tiffany is steering you wrong. See you need to replace the hotdogs with some Hillshire farm beef sausages cut them up. Fry them first. Then add a little can of tomato sauce( they have sauce with garlic and onions too), 1/2 a measuring cup of water and a little salt and pepper. Let it heat up and you can serve that over rice. Idk about this hotdog soup but I used to eat sausages and tomato sauce as a kid. Its good.
