    Yenakku age 16, but weight 85, female. enakku eppovume regular periods thaa aagum aana 3 months varla. oru homeopathy dr kitta ponen. appo avanga first kettadhu un vayasukku endha weight erukkalaama ma nnu thaa. marundhu suggest pannanga. edhukkaprom regular aagalanaa meendum hospitalukku vaangannu sonnaanga but unfortunately i didn't get it into normal. Naa overweight aa erundhu diseases vaangikrennu veetla appa amma romba thittitaanga.enakku onnu thyroid problem or pcod nu confirme pannitanga manasukkulla. 2nd time dr kitta pona appo enakku manasula edhavadhu kavala erukkannu kettanga. Naa weight koraikanum dr nu sonnen. Avanga enakku ennum pala varsham vaalka erukkunnu sonnanga. Sila exercise lam sonnanga. Naa hardwork pannen ( food korachen, eggs add pannen diet la ,45 mins oru naalaikku exercise pannen from the expected date of my next cycle) weight 0.5 kg thaa koranjithu( nearly 1 and half a month ). But without medicine my cycles became normal. Weight number la koraya neram aagum aana changes unga kan edhirla erukkum.
    Anaivarin aasayum niraivera ennudaya vazhthukkal.

    Couldnt control my tongue.. That's a main reason i think... But i have reduced 2 kgs in one month by following low carb diet.. Hope ur videos will help me to achieve my goal. U r looking so young in recent pics.. Keep it up..

    I lost only 7 kg over one year
    Plz give some tips to lose weight
    I avoided oil,white sugar ,white rice all these things but I do know why my weight is not reducing
    I joined ur 1 month weight loss challenge hope I’ll reduce weight within this month at least 2-3 kgs of weight ..
    Also am doing one hour walking daily Nd doing exercise I’m so stressed about my weight plz reply
    My current weight is 78.

      Dont very sister drink more water 3 leters per day and eat healthy foods and eat fruties more u can do one month properly u see the different in your body...

      All these 3 are really good. I have a video on chia seed pidding and chia seed in yogurt for fruit salad. Nuts and seeds are so good or health.

    Sister I too stayed in hostel so i unable to loss my weight. Hope you have studied in avinashilingam university. At the same college i have studying now. I'm staying in inside hostel.my weight was tooo over my age is 21 only. But my over weight.i was trying to loss my weight in college days but i can't reduce.     Same here mam, I was 96 I was also so disturbed and got some health issues then I started Low carb and Low fat diet, actually I cannot follow keto because it is too difficult for me after 5 months now I am 84 kg, help me in giving some meal plans which I can make ahead as I am working 😊

      Keto might seem difficult in the beginning. If you hold on to i for 5 days, it will get easier, you can do it. In my opinion, keto and intermittent fasting is one of the best ways to lose weight

      Thamizh Penn Thanks neela,but last year I started my diet journey with keto but I couldn’t hold for 3 days , but now I am taking 1200 cal per day mainly protein, fat and carb almost equal so it worked from next month I am going include IF also

      Hi Siva Senthil - Congrats on your baby! You just had a baby. Please eat a normal diet and focus on lot of veggies and fruits. I would not advice to cut down calories especially when you are breastfeeding. 6000 steps + lot of veg and fruits is a good place to start. Do not worry, eventually you can lose all that weight.     Hi mam I want to reduce my weight. Now my weight is 81. Morning I'm drinking hot serakam water in empty stomach. Then 1 cup of tea with brown sugar and 2 chapathi and afternoon 2 chapathi And Eve one cup of tea and dinner 2 chapathi. This is my diet chart. It's ok va need any changes in my diet mam

      Your diet looks good sridevi. I am assuming you are eating a lot of low carb fruits and veggies. Also, please at least walk or do any other exercise for 30 mins to 1 hr daily/5 days a week at least. You can surely lose weight, good luck!

      Hello friend - Pls remember that your body did something amazing by giving life to 2 babies. My experience is that you cannot win your body. If you are breastfeeding, I would not diet at that point. After you stop breastfeeding, please start low-carb and low-calorie diet. I have a few videos on foods you can eat. I am going to do a video on tackling comments from family and friends. You should feel proud. ignore what people say. Trust me, you can lose weight. But, please do it only after you are done with breastfeeding.

      Hi Jothi - I am assuming your thyroid is under control with these meds. For me, I had to find which dosage worked for me. Till then, I could not lose weight. Take the thyroid meds everyday and follow a low carb plan + exercise (walking also works). You will surely lose weight. Good luck.
