Loved this makeover! So many homeowner friendly DIY projects and one EPIC transformation!! What was your favorite part?
Such a great episode! Definitely the pergola - never thought they could be so cost-friendly (I have researched several$$$).
Loved everything but the DIY car street pavers were my favourite. Incredibly simple yet creative and a great way to include the kids in the space.

I’ve missed Monica!! She is awesome. So creative, and handy. Matt is an under appreciated part of this show. I love this web series. I’ve seen almost all the episodes from the beginning. I don’t care that’s it’s one long Lowe’s commercial. Monica be looking good. I’ve always thought she is pretty and very cute.
It is great to see Monica and Matty back again for a new season of projects. They are always inspiring. I have re-watched the entire Weekender series several times over the years to get inspired to do projects around my own house.
I love the difference these projects made in the yard. My favorite is the pergola, and with the sunshade it provides some shading for the interior home windows without blocking all the light. It's going to make a difference in the feel and energy usage as well. Win-win-win!

The pavers with gravel in between is very impractical with furniture and kids and I would have added a few trees in the corners.
Not really. The pea gravel is great for those areas. Sturdy and will stay put.
Everything gets leveled and a machine is used to level and vibrate the gravel and pavers.
I really missed this program. Everything looks amazing, Monica included.

Such a good job. Even the paver painted streets. I liked the pergola & was so glad it has a cover for shade. I never understood the purpose of without shade to begin with. Of course. Only Monica could make a playhouse look like a million dollar home. Keep up the good work. Now, if you would just come to the Philadelphia area. LOL!!!

Just finished watching. Not usually a fan of the marble mulch, but it looked SO GOOD here. And the painted pavers?! I didnt know pavers could be painted so that was something new I learned. The end result has me OBSESSED! Good work Monica + crew + homeowners! 🎉

I love that you were careful when you took out the bathroom materials. Ive been in the design business for years and i just hate it when men come in and bash everything up. I always looked for ways to incorporate and donate what was already existing.
