I still use a coke bottel, spray painted with a fizzy in it 😂
Please can you tell me how to breath probably is it the because when I am doing pranayama my time is like I don't breath at all hope u tell me
thats a big question! ultimately, just breathe calmly and not too deep when you are preparing.
Nice video's guys! Are they only gear oriented, or are you planning to do subjects? I think a lot of people would be interested in more info about currents and how to deal with them. I would!
definitely will be doing other subjects, just testing the format with gear reviews for a bit etc. currents is a good one, will put it on the list
