In all honesty, BF2 is a fucking mess from a technical standpoint. The hit-boxes, hit-detection and netcode are awful in that game. Bunny hopping, dolphin diving, belly flopping are also common exploits to abuse the poor hit-boxes.
I have the biggest smile reliveing all this again, and hearing MEC commander, the races in boats ,trucks, yer i can fly a helicopter always ended up being used as a bullet, who remembers MEC commander saying a boat had been spotted sounded like a rapper. Lordy lordy if you could not get connected, checking the internet the BF2 website, chats amount of times mentioned"do you have the latest patch" Shit nooooo,panic over mum sorry mum for calling you bad things. C4 jumps on to the top of buildings.
Would love to see a console port for BF2. I don't have my PC anymore, but would totally play this on console if they ported it over, and I think many others would revisit it too :)

Because revive team made BF2 free to play which is against EA exclusive copyrights and distribution. You can play BF2 online and retrieve your stats via BF2 hub. See Description
@@amin08088 it will NOT work with the cracked version unfortunately, you need to buy the game from either Steam or Origin stores. the cracked version of bf2 was working with bf2 revive launcher that's why EA threatened to court sue bf2 revive project managers because of copy right issues
Probably the worst multiplayer experience i ve ever had i still dont get why this game is considered to be the best with all the exploits, bugs cheap tactics and generally unbalanced game mechanics
bf2 brought revolutionary things to the franchise such as commander, squads, modern battle tactics and finally Teamwork oriented experience which we still missing today. so it's simply the best BF in the franchise

It was my first game on PC and my first BF game
"ll keep saying it, no other game or BF version was better than BF2.
