    Hi Alex, would be cool if you could feature the work of Big Boss by showing how to open/disassemble certain things like phones or tablet and how to assemble them in a quality way. I guess this would be very interesting too! 😎

    Very nicely done, also it's very impressive how steady your hands are on this size components. keep up the good work

    From your comments about keeping voltage recordings, that should give inspiration for the next test meters, that will do that for you, and guide you through the fault-finding procedure.

    Speaking from a research point of view if you add playlists to your channel you'll get more views like separate computers from gpus etc... and people will click through each video in the playlist instead of looking for them just little food for thought love the channel!!!!!!!

    Perfect! I was thinking if you could use the cutting tool you showed some days ago for that shielding thing. The risk of damaging other components exist both ways. In camera it looks very thick metal thing.

    How come tristar and capacitors etcetera brakes…?
    Not only in ipads but laptops as well…?
    Asuming that they dont get liquid damage… how can we prevent this?
    Love your videos 👍 Will in near future start a business like yours in Sweden.
    Have a good one!

    When you are working on a computer and it turns into a "no fix" due to your diagnosis of a CPU problem, why don't you replace the CPU chip?

    • @NorthridgeFix
      @NorthridgeFix  3 роки тому +4

      You can't buy a new CPU. Buying a used one can cost more then the price of the motherboard with no guarantee that you will get a good working chip. A lot of faulty ones are being sold as good working. Rebelling and soldering the chip is a time consuming process and basically a hit or miss. So it's neither practical nor economical to replace a laptop CPU.
