In this video I explain and show you all the different email updates you will receive when you send your passport for Canada Visa Stamping in the 2 way courier service. There has been a lot of confusion about the different emails that you receive and what does each and every email means. I've tried to clarify them all in a simpler language..

Yes you can start packing and all but don't book your confirmed tickets yet until you receive your stamped passport in hand as it can take a few days!

Hi bro can you tell me what we we have write in confirmation because I got email for submission my passport I have to make payment for courier service. They send me the email for confirmation, when I click the link which one they send it to me they wrote there order something there

Everything is so clearly explained thanks! I have one doubt does the student visa issuing/starting date is determined the day passport gets stamped or on the day of arrival to Canada?
Your visa will be stamped with a date ( from a few days before ) when you get it back stamped and your study permit is issued from the day you arrive in Canada

It actually helped.. I didn’t receive all the mails but the same status is showing when i track it through vfs site. And then today I received mail of that change in application status and I got worried as my gc key is with agent and due to weekend, it’s not open. But you helped and thank you 🙏🏻 it relaxed me a little bit..! 🙂

Thanks for posting this video. Do you have any idea about the case where it shows by tracking awb that the passport was received at VFS Global, but still there is no update with the tracking ID for 4 days?

Thanks for the detailed video, one query - I got my awb no. today evening, when can I use that awb no. to track about the pickup/courier guy. As right now the awb no. is showing invalid over bluedart website. Thanks
Once the courier guy picks up your passport only then you can start tracking it

I have a single question: So your recieve an email that your passport has been courier on 23 decembre, but the courier arrives to your home 24 decembre?
I think first day when you receive email saying requested "additional details" The Awb number and tracking id don't work.. It's the same fo me as you mentioned it also happened to you...
Hello Luv. Thank you very much for wonderful explanation. One question I have is that do we have two AWB numbers for one passport to be stamped. Because while sending to VFS, we get one which I am aware. But after stamping VFS said use AWB number after 24 hours. Will VFS send another AWB number ?

good work bro, in how many days did ur medical got updated after biometric and how many days after that for PPR
Thanks brother !! It took around 3-4 days for my medical to get updated after biometrics and then 13-15 days after the medical was approved ; I got my PPR! 😊

Hey I think then yes you’ll definitely be getting something like a letter or something saying you’ve also been granted a coop work permit !!

When did you got your correspondence letter which comes after the original passport request???
I got it when my passport was with VFS during 2 way courier service in around 5 days after I sent it but currently its taking longer and applicants are receiving their Correspondence Letter in 2-4 days after they get their passport back :)

I fill web form for passoport stamp and they are saying my location is not covered under their BlueDart office network.... While BlueDart office is only 3 km from my location and I confirm with them ... They said they don't received request from vfs
Hey In that case if the Blue Dart near your house doesn’t operate with VFS then try finding another Blue dart a little away from ur house if possible or maybe contact a relative who lives in a more operational area so he can do it for you.. and then contact vfs with the new address ( thru webform )
I received a counterfoil number in my cic account .. and my final result was approved . Do we get a correspondence letter or anything like that in the message section ?
Yes you'll most likely be getting the correspondence letter in 1-2 days now!!
I didn't received any single mail(Automated mail - TRV reference no. Mail) its been two days after raising webform which is supposed to come after submitting webform.

Hey it’s completely normal as long as you are receiving updates either by sms or email, it’s a good sign !! You’ll most likely start receiving more updates from today or Tuesday...

The order of the emails I am recieving is not at all the same. It was received at th IRCC office and was under process 5 days ago and yesterday I recieved additional information email. I'm quite worried about this as I have booked my tickets as well. Do you have any idea regarding the same ?

Hey don’t worry about it too much.. sometimes it does get delayed by 2-3 days you should be getting it soon and if still not you can always fill an IRCC webform for the same

Hey it could happen bcoz of any delays bcoz of them and it’s absolutely normal, if you haven’t received it yet then you’ll most Likely get the update in 2-4 days on it!!

Hey congrats on getting your passport back stamped !! If it’s already 1 week and ur GCKEY hasn’t been updated , you should consider filling out a webform on the IRCC website about it !! I did not receive any email with the receipt of the courier charges.
Hey if you didn’t receive any receipt or confirmation right away, you can email VFS about It and tell them you paid and ask for a receipt and AWB number from them!!

If local VFS global office closes at the time when your passport is in singapore visa office(to get stamped), will this block return of the passport? Please note, right now some vfs global offices are closed and some passports are stranded in IRCC. What are your thoughts?
Hey if that's what they have said, then yes there is a chance but you should definitely consider writing an email to them about it and see what they say ..
Hey there I have a small confusion so I got my ppr the following day after i gave my biometrics and couriered my passport to the VFS (Colombo, Sri Lanka because I’m currently residing in Colombo) so the day I went to give my biometrics the VFS advisor told me to pay for Premium Lounge so I didn’t know what was it actually and paid does it have an impact in speeding up stamping the visa ??? Or does different countries have different timelines (according to how many passports they receive each day)
Hey no no it doesn’t really impact the speed of visa stamping.. I didn’t take it either and I think the timeline currently is 7-8 days after you send your passport !!

Hey this happens when the address you provide is a non serviceable location.. you can simply email them back ( on the same email) with a new address ( could be ur friends or relatives) in a more serviceable location and proceed like that !!

Hey currently it is taking around 5-7 days to get the next update after this.. I would say you would most likely be getting it by Monday or before ... don’t worry about it it’s just a delay on their side due to large number of applications..
