Just got the PPR. On the letter, it says I should submit two photograph. It also said I should write Info on 1 (one) photograph; Info such as my name, DOB and info of studio it was taken.
Should the info be written on only one passport photograph and the back of the second passport photograph should be empty?

Your information is very correct! As further information,VFS global has changed their policy, and you are no longer allowed to send a return courier envelope for the return of your passport, effective at the end of April 2023! Vfs will arrange UPS return courier, charge is 18,710 NAira as of May 22 2023! They will send you a letter informing you how to pay this fee when your passport is ready for collection!
So how will one pay for UPS?

If you stay in Abuja, did your biometrics in Abuja and you've gotten the letter for request for your passport do you still have to use dhl to submit your passport or can you go to the office yourself to submit

Each applicant's document has to be in separate envelope, then put each envelop in a 1 big envelop and send all together as 1 shipment at courier service.
Remember to pay for the To and Fro at the courier office.
Hello Nora for the biometrics slip, what if In a family of five only two did biometrics and have that slip because one is underage and the other two already did biometrics a long time ago, do the three who didn't do biometrics have to pay vfs or its covered

The person that did Biometric long time ago, can the person still find his/her biometric slip? If Yes, the person don't have to pay for transmission fee.
Nevertheless, VFS Transmission Fee is mandatory even if "a day old baby" is submitting passport without Biometric.

Quick question man, on the VFS website, the fee is for "One way" logistics. So do I have to pay twice the amount to cover the logistics of sending the passport for stamping and retrieving it?
Also at DHL, do I pay twice the amount for sending the passport to VFS and getting the passport back?

Just pay for two way (To and Fro at the DHL office) and you are good to go.

IRCC wont update you. All updates comes from VFS afterward.
You can track the progress on VFS website with the reference number they (VFS) sent to you.

You need to pay for To and Fro at the courier company when sending your passport. Else VFS would ask you to pay more for them to return it back to you.

After your PPR, you have to walk into any DHL office around you to ship your Passport and documents to VFS. (No appointment is needed).
You cant go to VFS to submit it yourself, they dont allow it since pandemic started.

If yes, walk to any DHL office and follow the instructions in the video.
Then pay for 2 way courier at DHL: means To and Fro.
Once they stamp your Passport, DHL will return your passport back to your address.

Hello, i sent my passport to vfs 1.5 months ago, have the reference id saying my passport has been received at ircc but still got email from ircc today that its final notice to send my passport. There are 2 correspondence letter.
1st is Biometric Validation and the 2nd is the confirmation of Study Permit Approval.

If you did your Biometric in Lagos and you and sending your passports to Lagos, you dont need to pay anything except for the To and Fro courier fee which you need to pay at the courier office while sending your passport.
If your children didn't do Biometric atall and they want to send their passport for Visa stamping. Check the description of this video, offcial VFS website is there, which shows their account number and the amount u need to pay.
If you have any other questions again, watch the video again, all has been explained in there.

Courier service will include the return shipment Label in the envelop when they were packaging your file. You dont have to worry about this, all would be handled.

To your first question. You can use the courier office as your return address. Just tell them at the courier office that you want to pick it up at the office when the package arrived.
To your 2nd question. If you chose they return the package back to you. The delivery man will call the (your) number you submitted during the shipment.

Each Applicants file must be in different envelop, then take all the envelops to Courier Service and ship it in 1 Courier package shipment.

The Canadian Embassy in Nairobi forwards the Visa sticker to VFS Abuja, and VFS Abuja put the sticker on your Passport there in Abuja.
