Its been more than a month i started walking 10000 steps a day in terrace with intermittent fasting, i really enjoyed the process from the first day itself because walking helped me to clear my mind and plan the day . And i noticed new ideas pop up during walking. Though it doesn't help me to loose weight but it helped me in mental well-being.

Try to Listen to good books or podcasts while walking. I feel that listening to music tends to make the songs boring over time. 3. Try brisk walking, try to walk a little faster than your normal pace. 4. Drink water before walking. Don't drink too much water before the walk. 5. In the initial days, take some rest after the walk. 6. Don't walk in the pollution. 7. Your body gradually becomes active over time. But don't expect to see any physical changes for the first 3 months. 8. Once you become comfortable with a 10k walk. Start running a little. Try to finish 10k in less time.

I also did 10 k steps challenge but felt bore doing this. But as I m a IT employee and I have to sit all the time whenever I feel I walk but not to. Complete 10 k... I walk in the morning around 10-15 mins and in the night after dinner around 1/2 hour... And I feel good 😊
