Really loved this review. Much more enjoyable than the others on UA-cam. I owned the M50X for a year and I plan to get the M70X. It's a used pair from a friend so not paying full retail price. I love the M50X but if the M70X does portray more details than its predecessor I gotta have it. Also where are you from Darius? Trying to place the accent.
I'm a sound engineer and use M70x cause it's more accurate while working on programs such as pro tools 2019, it gives me better judgement during audio leveling and mixing. I got experience over 7 years in this field.
Was actually fairly impressed with your review videos in terms of composure and professionalism, but if you're going to do more headphone reviews in the future, I'd be more interested in hearing things like how wide the soundstage is, how the lows / mids / highs are, etc. Not sure if you're only testing them from a phone, but you'd be able to make much more accurate reviews on them if you were playing them out of an amp / DAC like the Magni / Modi or the O2 combo amp+DAC. Lastly, more variety! Both in what you're reviewing, and what you're comparing them to. Branch out from ATH, and try AKG, Sennheiser, Beterdynamic, etc. Open back headphones, too. Even just getting to try them all out, it's eye-opening and helps understand all that audiophile technobab. I could see you becoming a great reviewer, so just want to give my two cents, since there aren't many, unfortunately.
I'm sorry, but this review feels very piss poor, and inaccurate. The M70X was designed to replace all the things that went wrong with the M50. Articulate Bass is enhanced, Soundstage was a huge focus, more emphasis in the Highs, more of a Poppy Low End, and a strict, yet forward Mid Range Sound Structure. The Pads are a rework as well, giving less ignition to pitched Bass.

Same employee here 😅
I guess M50x is perfect for tracking (for a recording artist to monitor himself)
THIS is one of the most satisfying comparisons I've seen based on these headphones yet :D good job
I agree :D
Great comparison man!
Had been waiting for a new video ;)
Stunning video once again! Great comparison, keep it up!
Thanks for your sincere review, good job.
Good review! Keep up the good work.

Nice comparison dude
I personally like the M70x, as far as portability goes these aren't meant to be taken outside of the studio i guess. Nice comparison mate!
welcome :)
wow i just saw your channel, nice videos keep it up
Like your videography style. Better than just boring videos where the person just talks while you stare at the product.
Again, great job.
Who made your intro?
Does ath m70x makes your ear sweat a lot like after 10-20min usage ?
Hows the soundstage on M70x compared to 50x ?
Such an artistic video. Bravo!
Thanks man!
why a lot of ppl say that m50 better than m70. its strange coz x2 difference in price
Great video :)
Nice video! You didn't use the thumbnail :)
After listening to m40x, it isn’t neutral to me. It’s as some said a v shaped. With fuzzy mids...
Никуя не пойму. Давай по-русски!!!!
