Lol it just means there's a lot of skin on your brow bone that folds over your eyelid. For me, realizing I had hooded eyes was pretty useful because it made me learn how I could do eye makeup without it disappearing in my crease.

I have hooded eyes and to be honest i dont mind them, theres make up tricks that work really well if u want a more lifted eye look. it just takes practice, and to be honest if u want different eyes go get them changed then. its your body and eyes afterall
