As someone who isn’t very pretty(or popular for that matter) this hits hard. One of the worst things is being friends with someone who is totally drop dead gorgeous and wondering why they even hang out with you. There’s this one person and practically the whole school likes her. Sometimes I just wish someone would look and talk about me like that. As someone who was bullied all throughout primary school and the start of secondary in year 7 and 8, I can tell you this does not happen. As someone who was bullied all throughout primary school and the start of secondary in year 7 and 8, I can tell you this does not happen. Just because someone calls them ugly ONCE doesn't mean they are gonna be so insecure as to put a box onto their head. Even if she was bullied for her looks for years, this wouldn't happen. Same with her forgiveness to the boy. She forgave him so quickly even tho he made her so insecure as to wear a box on her head? Personally I would of either yelled at him or punched him.

Um I got called ugly and it was one of the root reasons why I’ve been wearing a mask for 4 years straight . No body but my family have seen what I look like to this day so don’t say that this cannot happen . Everyone deals with trauma differently, for me masks were a form of a coping mechanism

As a 6th grader now, I've not been talking to anyone even the teachers for over 2-3 years when I started in 4th grade, I never talked to anyone because I was really shy but there are other kids who wanted to play with me and wanted to be friends with me but I really didn't want to talk and make friends. I was also confident when I was in 3rd grade but when covid hits, I lost all my confidence and I lost all hope., I also wore a mask every school day.

I got bullied at my school when I was 8 years old. I'm still home-schooled and i'm 13. I never believed I was as pretty as my friends and back then wondered why'd they hanged out with me. Now that i'm older I'm slowly starting to believe and love myself.
