Im italian and this is not a carbonara, for an Italian it is worse than sewer water, onions, milk, ham and butter.. its not carbonara. And another thing, pasta should be boiled much less, it must be al dente.

This is not carbonara. There is only pasta, egg, pecorino or parmigiano and guanciale or pancetta while this has more random products and there is no egg in this.
Carbonara doesn't have butter, onions, mushrooms, cream, ham, milk, regular cheese and sugar in it. It's just spaghetti, guanciale, eggs, pecorino romano and a lot of pepper.
