I cooked 250g and my family loved it. out of curiosity I tried another recipe (with cream of mushroom) , unfortunately, my family didn't like it at all. I was so embarrassed. I learned my lesson, the next time na magluluto ako ng carbonara , I will cook it the way marjorie did on this video. I thought wow!!!! may mushroom cream mas masarap daw, pero its taste is not good. not to mention na i followed it ..walang kulang walang labis. THIS IS THE BEST CARBONARA...

We are cooking creamy pasta almost the same. Except, i sautee the mushrooms using oil from toasted bacon to have more taste. Add minced parsley and a little basil to have a little bit of greens ☺️
