@Pentagon Mixed Martial Arts - Arlington, VA holy crap coach this was way harder than I thought. I'm not used to some of the movements and exercises. I have something to practice on now. Thanks for pushing us.
Im 41 years old, been working out and training off and on lately , this workout felt like I was doing a martial art against myself!! I am sore everywhere! I am going to implement this in my training camp routine and complete it eventually without going on my knees!!Thanks for this killer workout WITHOUT WEIGHTS 💪 😤
Love these, another thing that I really felt helped my training was burpess. Another youtuber, Ironwolf has some great varations, basically took them and incorporated into my Muay Thai training at home, they are a bit more advanced and you can't do the full 1 hour burpee every day, but they really helped me a ton with endurance and strength as well as explosiveness.
Thanks very much. These are great workouts. Could you timestamp each segment/exercise for future videos please? Just helps to jump though them and go back a section if you need to, or if you miss something. Thanks again !
@@PentagonMMA Thanks very much ! The way to do timestamps is, you just write them in the video description. You always need a 0:00 timestamp (the beginning of the video), and each timestamp or timepoint in the video needs a title, which you just add next to it, like this: 0:00 - Introduction 1:35 - Pushups Round 1 2:55 - Squats Etc. So if you just use that format, but make sure the times match the times in the video. I would be happy to write the timestamps for this video, or any other video if you like, and then you can just copy and paste what I write, and put it into the description. (You just have a section, anywhere in the video description, that says "Timestamps", like this: Timestamps 0:00 - Intro 0:45 - Pushups 3:11 - Pushups Round 2 -- So that's how you do it. If you want just let me know and I'll write the time stamps for this video, and you can copy and paste them to the description, if you decide to use them.
I thought I was good on push-ups, but no longer :D! Will pair this up with the abs workout(ua-cam.com/video/j1mgxq3SvD0/v-deo.html) to make it a superman workout! Thanks for another excellent video!

Holy crap I thought this wouldn’t be so hard. But very eye opening. The push-up sets were brutal
It’s looks easy but it’s not when you do it in sequence 😆

I can relate to Brendan, long arm push ups aren't easy 😂😂 I thought for sure I'd do better but I started gassing out on the 2nd set of diamonds.
Lol. It looks easy but it’s not. Lol

What if I cant do 20 push ups?
Do what you can, do the push-ups when you can't anymore, do them with your knees on the floor and keep going until the countdown ends.
Sir will it make my body ripped? With fighter strength?
It will with some cardio!!
