I received this as a gift last Christmas but I have been too scared to use it, thought I'd end up ripping my hair out! So I finally got round to searching for a tutorial on how to use it, watching your review has definitely helped and I'll be giving it a go tomorrow 😊

I got one for Christmas and it’s so easy to use. My hair is really long it’s all the way down my back and was able to curl it with one charge and within 15 minutes where as I could take up to 30-40 mins uses a curler or strghtnwr for them just to fall out within a few minutes. Get one it saves so much time

It did work, but didn't hold charge long enough for a single styling, even though I have fine hair, and the same length as yours. But I found your review so helpful, I just bought it in the Gatsby Rose color. I just received mine today. So excited to try in the morning. Can you advise if you need to use the opposite direction for your head? Eg left direction for right side of face?
Yep that's right! Opposite direction to get a curl away from the face!

I am an absolute shocker when it comes to using a straightner, or even a curling wand for that matter, to do waves or curls in my hair. I have watched an abundance of youtube videos on how to, but nope, still unsuccessful.
I've read reviews on this product and now having watched your clip I think I'm going to bite the bullet and try it myself.
My hair is quite similar to yours so fingers crossed!
I found the hardest thing about this is just getting the hair in the slot (when looking into a mirror it can feel a bit uncoordinated) but once you place the hair into the curler- you can just sit back and enjoy!!! Let me know how you go with it!

I actually wanted to buy this type of curling iron, but there's so many brands out there that produced the exact same thing & i'm really really cant decide which brands are good, i dont wanna buy the "fake" one ? It's a bit counterintuitive but I set it for the opposite direction: ie. left setting on right side of face etc so it curls away from the face!

Hey, thanks so much for the quick and easy tutorial. I have short hair and quite fine hair. Is it safe for fine hair in your opinion? Just a bit worried about further damage...and I am truly useless when it comes to hair styling 😂🙄
You can bring the heat right down and don't leave it in for too long if you're concerned about damage!

Thanks so much Joanne! My hairdresser always uses something different for my toner so it really could be a combination! Sometimes she'll use a toner with a bit of pink and I know she uses L'Oreal Pro colours! Hope that helps
Do you remember what settings you had it on when you did the curls?
Hey Amy! I usually always use 180 degrees (celcius), with 12-14 seconds & I alternated left and right settings on each side! Hope that helps

It lasts about an hour, or 2-3 times curling my hair
I bought Wylera a month ago. It just stopped working. It won't charge ! The label on the side disintegrated within 2 days. When it was working, the battery would drop from 4 bars to 2 bars within a couple of minutes. I had bought this higher-range-price curler thinking it would be good quality, it isn't. !

When I got mine the part where it says C for cel or F for Fahrenheit, it showed an E and wouldn’t heat up. It was charged all the way but wouldn’t work. Do you know how to fix it? There is no heating sign that blinks as well….

The wylera is still my favourite curler for travelling or for events- though at home I use the Muk Curler as it has detachable heads so I can create different types of curls!

Hey! It still works on thick hair, the section just needs to be untangled and only an inch or less thick. It may take a little longer but should give the same result!
Will this work on long hair that struggles to hold a curl
I haven't tried this on super long hair- I would recommend a curling tong if the hair is quite long!
I have long fine hair and a lot of it. It works perfectly !!

I am! To curl away from your face you need to use the opposite direction on the curler ie. if I'm curling my left side I set the curl direction to right 😊

Is this safe for everyday use?
Tried a different model two years ago. Used it for over two years with no problems….then…it caught my hair….had to break the curler to get my DAMAGED hair out. My hair finally grew back and decided to try this model. It has been two years and thought maybe the design was improved…so like an idiot, I tried AGAIN. Same thing happened. At least this time I got the hair out without completely having to cut it off. DO NOT BUY THESE TYPE OF CURLERS…
